Per Gil Brandt:

CB Keenan Lewis (6-0 3/4, 191 pounds) came in 17 pounds less than what he weighed at the combine. He told people that he weighed so much more at the combine because he was given creatine at his workouts to his increase his weight. His playing weight is about 194. He ran a 4.49 and 4.51 in the 40, had a 38 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, 10-inch broad jump, a 4.42 short short, a 6.89 three-cone drill and has 20 bench press reps.

New England interviewed this guy during the Senior Bowl, which got my attention at first. Scott has him at #13 in his CB rankings:

He had four interceptions last year as well. For me, I think I'd rank him around #13-14 as well, and I think he's a fourth-round pick, but that workout sure does sound pretty impressive compared to what he did at the Combine. What do you guys think of him?

As a pac-10 guy, he was easily one of the best in the conference. He's a tall strong corner, plays smart (patriot player).

I really liked him at the Senior Bowl. Good size, feet, coverage instincts. Can play in any system. Good workout #s....

4th round is awfully low IMO. I'd have him at 7-9 in the CB rankings (ahead of Francies, Martin, Barnes and Mickens). Not sure where he ranks with Byrd and V. Harris though.

I like him-he supposedly just needs to get his nose dirty-weakness is he doesn't like to tackle but I agree that he's at 7-9 and is one of the better bump and run/man CB prospects.

I like him quite a bit, but CB is so deep this year, that I think he would be a late 3rd/mid 4th round pick.

Before the combine I said that if a team fell in love with his Man-2-Man coverage skills that he could be the most shocking name called in the first round. He had something like 51 starts in his career, which is pretty amazing. I have him as a solid 2nd rounder.

I like him and I think he's one of the best press man corners in the nation, but he can get really sloppy in off man and zone coverages. Plus he was really sloppy in his position drills at the combine. I would have him ranked about 13 as well. I think he's a solid 5th round devoelopemental prospect.

I'm a fan of Lewis, he impressed me in the few Oregon St games I watched, and again in drills. He really sticks close to his man, and has good instincts. It is a deep CB draft class, so I think he's an excellent value in the 3rd round.

Yeah I think he'll go in the 3rd. Bucs can use a CB in the 3rd...
