A good read if you want to see what goes into an NFL team's big board.

wasn't there some leaked photos of their big broad last year? does anyone know if those guys they were on the list were drafted by them?

Wait, you mean that teams don't go off of Scott Wright's rankings? No way!

I liked that part about how the Cowboys only have ~110 prospects and the Giants have 300+.

excellent read, but I opened the thread Hoping to see a picture of Jerry with a box of 128 count crayolas scribbling "Romo Friendly Prospects" at the top of a sheet of news print paper.

There was something like this on the Niners site, where they had one of the scouting department guys talking about how they build their board...

Found it: http://www.49ers.com/pressbox/news_detail.php?PRKey=5167&section=PR%20News

Yeah, I remember this.

Being as this is the Cowboys and Jerry Jones I would not be surprised if Jones leaked that on purpose.

I love how the Cowboys are open with stuff like this. Things like broadcasting a webcam feed of their War Room on draft day make me like Jerry Jones a lot.
