The Ravens just resigned Jarrett Johnson to a substantial six year deal so I doubt OLB is an option for us on day 1. ILB is more likely. I like David Harris at that spot right now.

Horrible Saints pick

If you think a pick was horrible, please explain.
Alright, here's my Lions thing. I know it more than likely won't happen, but I think Millen realizes he is on the hot seat (finally?) and he needs to get the best guy in the draft and the guy who will make the most instant impact. With Mike Williams sucking and Charles gone, there is a hole at #2 (though I like Furrey). CJ has a great character, something the other three WRs different. He can make an instant impact on that offense and really make a big change. If an improvement is made, maybe he keeps his job. If he is already on the hot seat, why does it matter who he takes?

Great Eagles pick. Griffin would be our guy in this situation.

Do you still think the Lions will still get Johnson even with R. Williams, Furrey, and Curtis?

Horrible Saints pick
pretty brutal saints pick
Horrible Bucs pick, and there's no chance Detroit takes CJ.

2. Detroit Lions-Calvin Johnson WR/Geogia Tech
13. St. Louis Rams-Amobi Okoye DT/Louisville
lol
7. Minnesota Vikings-Brady Quinn QB/Notre Dame
This'll be the second time in, I dunno, a half hour that I'll ask this. Why do people think Minnesota is so intent on replacing Tavaris Jackson after what, 2 starts?
25. New York Jets-Justin Blalock OG/Texas
I like this pick a lot. The Jets drafted 2 very good offensive linemen last year. Unfortunately, the offensive line consists of 5 people and the Jets need more help, especially for run blocking.
28. New England Patriots-Anthony Spencer DE/LB/Purdue
After they gave so much money to Adalius Thomas?
31. Chicago Bears-DeMarcus Tyler DT/NC State
One tank replacing another?

Not all these comments are directed at Cricket.
1. Never say never with Detroit. I guess with Curtis it likely won't happen, but I have an itching feeling it won't be Thomas. They didn't go see Quinn. I have a BAD feeling about the Lions pick.
2. As for the Saints, please please please tell me why. I'm not listening to you.
3. I struggled with the NE 2nd pick. I don't see WR anymore. Can't grab two guys in the secondary. I think Spencer more in terms of the other side. I like him a lot.
4. Yes, one Tank for another, it'd be perfect.
5. As for Quinn, I understand, and it likely won't happen, but Minnesota did go to his work out, their GM has stated during the college system how well he translates to the pro level. I think Minny trades somewhere and throws everything off myself, but Quinn could really work for that system and really be a solid player. Even with Jackson, they may not want to pass him up.
6. Thanks for the good comments. I like Houston as being very near Hall in terms of grade right now, so I think he is a steal at 20, and fits the Giants really well.

Houston is a very good pick, but it depends how Revis works out, if Revis does bad then we'd pick Houston or Beason

ILB is a possibility IMO with both Vrabel and Bruschi getting up there in age. But is any available worth the pick?

Exactly, there aren't any. With Stallworth maybe coming in, it is very very hard.
