I don't remember how you're other ones were, but this one looks great to me! Love the Phins pick, although I would probably prefer Maualuga there if he fell that far.

Sean Smith is a freak. And a few years down the road, he'll be the #1 Corner to come from this draft class, in my opinion. Over Jenkins and Davis.

*sigh* every now and then people should go look at some of the other picks...like Percy Harvin the Broncos? I mean really...wtf? Orak-attack or Tyson Jackson. Percy makes absolutely no sense at all.

Interesting Steelers pick. I like it, Rey would be a steal there and I think he would fit in really well with the team.

I'm not high on Michael Johnson at all, hes just another disaster DE, waiting to happen imo.

I'm not very high on the Steelers pick. The team just resigned Farrior to a longer deal and Timmons is taking Footes spot. Im expecting a long term deal for Harrison this summer, so no reason to move Timmons back outside. This team has great depth at linebacker.

OL, DE, or CB in the first round are the most likely picks.

But what the hell is Darius Butler doing at number 9?

How does he not make any sense? You clearly have no clue what you just got as a Head Coach in McDaniel's, who likes to spread the field.

lol he's my Donte Whitner, Dunta Robinson, and Pacman Jones, who jumped the more "popular" names to get there.

As a Raider fan I would prefer Orakpo. I really don't think Al will take Maclin, I could see him liking DHB more, but I think he'll grab the DE. He may like Brown too. Great handle BTW.

Terrible Steelers pick. We do not need a linebacker. Address OT, CB, or 3-4 DE. Waste of a pick.

I like Beatty but I don't think he is a 1st rounder and with your scenerio, Rey Maualuga is still there - NO WAY they pass on him. But he will NEVER be there by the time the Gmen pick. I'll bet my house on that one.

Giant Fans NIGHTMARE.

LOL - jk - But Beatty is a stretch as a first rounder and to not get an LB until the 5th round seems unlikely. And to take a TE with the 45th pick overall when you have much bigger needs at LB, Safety and WR seems out of place. I would much rather see:

LB (Stintim, Lauranitis, Matthews - who ever is there)
WR(Robiskie, Britt or Nicks - who ever is there)
Oline (Beatty, Loadholt, Johnson from LSU)
Safety (Chung, Vaughn, Bruton from ND)

It's pretty much the definition of a "luxury pick". Sure, everyone would like to have more weapons, but it's not taking care of our core issue which is the front seven. Orakpo is an obvious choice here.

If you are dead set on giving us offense, it is worth noting that Denver has held private workouts with most of the top backs in the draft.

I would prefer Maualuga to the Pats over Cushing, but I could see it working out that way and I wouldn't be upset.

It's obvious to everyone that Defense is the most glaring, but as far as McDaniels is concerned, so is the Offense. Because it's not his. Evident of that with the Cutler situation.

With that said, I don't see Harvin being a luxury pick in McDaniel's eyes. To us, yeah.

You are right...I don't know anything about the team I have watched every game since I was six. It's not like we don't already have Marshall and a speedster in eddie royal. It's not like Brandon stokely is already used all the time and very successful. And it's also not like McD picked up his own player in Jabar Gaffney, who although he wasn't super successful, lined up on the other side of Moss most of the season. The Broncos defense was one of the worst in the NFL and OH WAIT, the Broncos have only worked out defensive players and Donald Brown.

I'm really starting to think this Percy Harvin pick isn't going to work out.

Yatta!

Darius Butler????

This deserves an answer, he may be rising but not that much. Not to mention that CB is probably only around our 4th biggest need.

You may end up being right about the Raider pick, though I'm still holding out hope that if that scenario comes up Al will trade down as rumored or take one of Brown or Orakpo. This doesn't look like your best, tbh.

You've been watching McDaniels since you were 6? So you predicted that he'd come in and want to trade Jay Cutler? I mean, he is "Denver Football", right?

Ok, you are right. The Broncos are definately taking a WR in the first round. Their defense is awesome, and McD definately wants it to stay the same. Time to draft a bunch of WR to replace Marshall and Royal!

This is sarcasm if it was not evident. I think you are the only person that thinks the Broncos will take a receiver.

And I'm with GB...how did Butler get that high?
