When did the site name change?

When did this site's name change from NFL Draft Countdown to just Draft Countdown? Has it been a while and I just didn't notice it or did it occur recently? Did Scott get in trouble for using the "NFL" name without permission? Just curious on a cold and snowy Sunday afternoon.

He probably just got some form of communication telling him to stop: email, official looking letter, etc. I've wondered the same thing, but figure it was probably a pretty simple process.

It was changed months ago. I remember him saying he didn't get in trouble and just changed it because he could potentially get in trouble

It changed during the re-launch from the 2008 draft to the 2009 draft last summer.

Probably a smart call. There used to be a site called NCAAHeaven or NCAADynasty or something like that, that was based around the EA NCAA videogame, and the NCAA aggressively tried to shut it down (which the site owner did). I've heard the NCAA are exceptionally forceful on matters like this but the NFL are probably not much better.

Draftcountdown.com is better anyway, IMO.
