Earth Hour 2009

I guess on March 28th more than 1000 cities in 80 countries shut off their lights for an hour to raise awareness about the global terror know as climate change. I don't think they did a very good job promoting it because this is the first I've heard of it. Click the pictures and they fade to an hour later it's pretty cool.

I remember hearing about this...and proceeding to make sure every light in my apartment was on at that time, with the tv and radio blaring while I sat out in my car letting it run for an hour, while I read.
