exactly. The was born without limbs. So all he does is cope with it. Doesn't make you a hero. You deal with what you've been given. The worst thing you could do is call him a hero, because you point out that he's abnormal by doing so.

Also: he's not a hero because I don't see him shoot web, save pretty girls or fly.

Yeah, sorry Bob Oblong isn't a Hero and that guy isn't either, thats like calling a kid with downs special because hes able to count to 20 because thats how many fingers and toes he happens to have.

You guys don't see the message, smh. It's not the fact that he doesn't have limbs, but his words on being persistent and not giving up when you feel helpless. If he can do it you can do it. I know plenty of people (including myself) feel like they're stuck in a hard place sometimes and don't feel like they can overcome it, but when it really comes down to it....you can, and it's not that big of a deal (most of the time). I know if I thought like Nick Vujicic (all the time), I'd enjoy life more and become a lil more productive. His words are very helpful and to me "Inspirational". Like I said on another board, I don't admire many, but this somebody who I do admire.

Yeah, because your friend is a preacher, motivational speaker, and started his own non profit organization for the physically disabled?

come again?

i want to see the video of him playing golf.

And since he doesn't kill anyone with a carrot in that video he's clearly no hero.

My dog is much more of a hero. And all he does is sleep.
