al davis goes for guys that are tall big and can run... (Russel, DMAC, etc etc)
now i know maclin isnt that tall but hes blazing fast like higgins but a much more refined player

I want a DT for the raiders too, but unless we trade Burgess we won't be picking DL at all, not Saturday anyway. The Raiders have a ton a $$$ wrapped up in Sands, Warren & Kelly (not defending that position, but facts are facts). They signed William Joseph and Ryan Boschetti to be the back ups. I also read the hope Boschetti's work ethic will push the high paid DTs, a la Garcia with Russell.

Facts are facts, we may need a DT, but we ain't getting one early.

In this scenario the best I hope for would be some one trading up for Sanchy.

Sands contract really isn't that much.

Warren...really not making all that much. Too much, yes. But not enough that it should be a deterrent.

Kelly reworked his contract. Not to the extent that Walker did, but he's not still on that ridiculous deal he got last year.

We had William Joseph last year. He's useless.

Boschetti won't even make it out of camp.

I'm just sayin'.
