I think Terrance Taylor could start for Indy this year.
Maybe if he gets in better shape. He's absurdly strong but has no quickness, agility or speed.

Can't say that I feel the same, art. But we disagree mightily on #11.
Besides his obvious physical tools, Maybin's maturity and work ethic really impresses me for how young he is.

I'm glad you know better than our GM. Considering Robinson and Meredith have fallen so far perhaps there is a damn good reason, ever thought of that? Or perhaps just the other 31 GM's are idiots along with Pioli.

Dont want to sound like a homer but, I agree. He is a reliable receiver who could end up being a #2 one day. He plays slower than his 40 but, he is a great route runner and heady player. Reminds me of Pat Crayton a little bit but, he'll be better.

Obviously not all GMs are actually good at making picks and building football teams. That's why some teams go 0-16, 1-15, etc. Considering there was a near-consensus on Duke Robinson as a second or third round pick, that doesn't make sense.

I'm kinda suprised Beckwith Brinkley and Ellerbe are all still on the board.
Beckwith was always a 4-5 kind of guy. Brinkley is maybe a fifth rounder at best, personally besides being a wrap tackler and big I can't think of a good thing to say about him - slow, bad play recognition, doesn't take on blocks, etc. I can't see him making many tackles in the NFL because he doesn't have speed or range to make up for his lack of instincts. Ellerbe is an undrafted free agent IMO. He looks like an overweight safety on the field and has numerous character concerns. I wouldn't touch him.

Ellis Hobbs for 2 5th rds picks (137 and 141 overall)

Also, I know he was taken awhile ago, but good for Fiammetta. He had to put up with some of the worst Syracuse football teams ever but still managed to play well and make himself a good prospect. Now he gets to block for the best running game in the NFL. So happy for him.

Do they need one?
Ryan Moats is a decent enough backup, but Chris Brown is a trainer's room mainstay. The team could use a short-yardage/goal line guy. I suppose it's not urgent, but our redzone offense was a pretty marked weakness last year.

I have never liked Rashad Jennings. He has excellent size and decent speed, but I think he does not play up to either. He is not elusive at all. He does not make as many yards after contact as you would like. Does not catch the ball that great. I just think he was overrated. I think Bernard Scott is easily the best small school back in this draft.

There is a lot of late round value in this draft. I think the teams that have a lot of picks could come away with some real steals, and can afford to miss on one or two and still make out with solid drafts.
