Like the title says this is a roster of the NFLs greatest thugs.
Note- In order to be on the thug team the player has to have been in trouble off the feild. Meaning no Phillip Rivers or Terrell Owens type players.
Ill start it out (these can be debated)
Rules-
-Player must have gotten in trouble off the feild
-Players can be cut and will be put on cut list if they are not deemed thug enough and you give a good reason to why they should be cut.
-Players on the cut list can also make it onto the roster agian if everyone else agrees he is indeed a thug.

Marshall assaulted a cop, was with Darrent Williams when he was shot and killed, DUIed, and has a laundry list of domestic violence incidents.

Other people...
Warren Moon, QB - Beat his Wife
Jim Brown, FB - Beat his Wife
Randy Moss, WR - Pushed a meter maid with his car
Justin Strzelczyk, OL - After a hit and run accident, he led cops on a high speed chase ending with Strzelczyk hitting a tanker truck carrying corrosive acid at 90 miles per hour head on, RIP
Chris Terry, OT - Beat his Wife, though it should be said Terry slammed his wife's head into a wall and stuffed her head into a pillow while their kids watched.
Mark Gastineau, DE - Drugs, Assault, burned a chick with a cigarette
Eugene Robinson, S - Propositioned a hooker the night before the Superbowl
Gene Atkins, S - Barricaded himself in his home after his wife called the police claiming he beat her, bit her, etc and when the police came and said he was under arrest, he told them, "No, I'm not", punched a cop in the throat and pushed him out of his home before being tasered.
Samari Rolle, CB - Beat his Wife
Corey Fuller, CB - Hosted illegal card games at his home
Sebastian Janikowski, K - Basically being a hooligan
Todd Sauerbrun, P - DWI and driving with a revoked license

Nate Newton should be on this list as a guard
2. Nate Newton November 4, 2001 Looking to expand his employment opportunities following his career as a hefty NFL offensive lineman, Nate Newton was arrested with 213 ponds of marijuana in his car. That alone would be impressive enough but FIVE WEEKS LATER he was caught transporting another 175 pounds of weed.
I couldn't find any guards who are bigger "thugs" than him...
In college Ryan Tucker beat the sh*t out of a guy, nearly killing him.

Ryan Leaf at least needs to be mentioned...he didn't get into legal trouble but he was a first class douche.
Does anybody remember when Todd Marinovich got caught in the public bathroom cooking heroine with a bent spoon? I think he deserves a nod.
Mark Chumura at tight end? The incident with the 16 year old
Barrett Robins at center...how can you forget about that night before the super bowl and the incident when he attacked three police officers and got shot in the chest.
Nate Newton at OL he got caught with 200 lbs of weed.
Justin Strezclyk is the other Olineman. He led police on a high speed chase after a hit and run. The chase ended when he crashed his car into a truck full of flamable materials going out in a literal blaze of glory
Darrell Russell at DT. He loved drugs so much.
Bills DE Jim Dunaway should get a spot. He murdered his wife.
Gene Atkins at Safety. When he was arrested for firebombing somebody's house he told the cop "no I'm not" proceeded to punch him in the throat and ran away...among a long list of other things.
edit:
Maybe Mike Vanderjagt (the idiot kicker that got liquored up and ran his mouth) instead of Sea Bass?

He gets a pass because the charges never amounted to anything, and this is the first we have heard about it...If it pops up again(see:Larry Johnson) then yea you know where there is smoke there is fire, but I am always a little skeptical in these situations.
Now if some pictures showed up with her having a black eye, or some evidence starts piling up then sure, but it's premature now, has nothing to do with how he looks or carries himself...I'm not sure white bread is the term I'd use to classify him, he just strikes me as educated, point blank, every black man that can speak well or carries himself with some class in front of a camera shouldn't be considered 'white bread'.

Also making the team from the Dallas Cowboys should be DE Harvey Martin who was arrested 3 times in 5 months in 1996 for beating women and crack cocaine charges.

Speaking of...Quincy Carter got arrested last night again.
Thank god Jerry is finally looking for character guys. I love what we have now in that department...took long enough.
LOL.
Quincy Carter used to play for the AFL2 team that's here in the Valley, and a few weeks ago he was arrested for a DUI lol. It's funny because just a few years ago he was playing against the Carolina Panthers in the NFL Playoffs.

Romanowski do?
He did a lot of stuff, because he's a piece of ****.
Romanowski has been involved in numerous altercations with both teammates and opponents. In 1995, while with the Eagles, he was ejected from a game — and subsequently fined $4,500 — for kicking Arizona Cardinals fullback Larry Centers in the head.[1]
Two more incidents occurred during the 1997 season while he played for the Broncos: In the first, he was fined $20,000 after his hit on then-Carolina Panthers quarterback Kerry Collins in a preseason game resulted in Collins sustaining a broken jaw;[1] in the second, Romanowski spat in the face of 49ers wide receiver J.J. Stokes in a regular-season game played in December on a Monday night in response to Stokes' taunting.[2] Two years later, while still with the Broncos, he was fined a total of $42,500 for three illegal hits plus a punch thrown at Kansas City Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez, and was also fined an undisclosed amount for throwing a football at Bryan Cox of the New York Jets, the ball hitting him in the crotch area.[3]
In 2003, Romanowski attacked and injured one of his teammates, Marcus Williams, during a scrimmage. Williams, a backup tight end for the Oakland Raiders, was forced to retire after Romanowski confronted Williams after a play, ripped off his helmet, and crushed his eye socket with a punch. [4] Williams sued for damages of $3.4 million, arguing that Romanowski had been suffering from "roid rage" when he attacked him. This argument was later rejected by the judge on the grounds that Williams could not prove that Romanowski had actually used steroids on the same day as the attack. Williams was awarded $340,000.

SS could be Jack "They Call Me Assassin" Tatum, that was his biog title. When he & Al Atkinson were Raiders safeties in the 60s/70s they had a point system & paid bounties for opponents knocked out of games. Atkinson used the hook technique -- now illegal -- with his forearm to dislocate neck vertebra

You don't see anything wrong with stockpiling unlicensed guns? Really? I'm sure he was just getting ready for the next NRA convention right?

Or you know, to feel safer/because he liked guns. What do people think Tank was trying to do? Become a gun runner? Or was he going to start his only militia?

Well, they were licensed, just not in the state he was in.

Ah yes, Carl Eller, master of the head slap. But he couldn't match Deacon Jones for it's use in the Old League, the NFL before the rules changes, when they developed refined techniques to eliminate the opponents star players (kind of like the NHL does today ).
Or render them useless in the game. Nothing better for that than the head slap, & no one did it better than Deacon Jones as a member of the Fearsome Foursome of the LA Rams (when they wore the blue & white unis). Jones once said that the best way to establish complete intimidation over the OT blocking you head-on was to use the strongest, most vicious head slap possible right on his outside earhole in the 1st offensive series, that way his ears rang all game long & he couldn't hear the snap count. O-linemen used to counter it by sharpening their helmet rivets around the earhole to a razor edge to cut the hands doing the head slapping, but those d-linemen's hands were so heavily taped & padded it did little or no good.

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
So no, I do not see anything wrong with owning guns, regardless of whether or not they are licensed, and this is coming from someone who is a liberal on almost every other issue.
Texas, what can I say?

I was referring to this (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3337641)
Police used a Taser, but Martin said it had no effect and called for backup.
