How to Vote:

You will vote in the poll above, but you should be voting for who you think is the best fan of his/her team. This means that the person has shown extraordinary knowledge of football and their team on both the NFL and Team Forum. This is also a person who lives and dies with their team. This DOES NOT mean the person who is an Admin/Mod/Team Leader, or who is just a stupid homer.

If you have questions post them here.


The SuperFan Competition:

Every day, starting May 1st, I will put up a poll in the off-topic thread, stickied for 24 hours. Every day will be a different team (let's say "Giants") I will make a list of at most, 10 Giants fans, and the SWDC public votes for who is the super fan of the group. Now, this isn't the most homer fan, or the fan who is a mod/admin/around the most. This is who has the most knowledge or his/her team, who has the most knowledge of the NFL, and who makes positive and well-thought out posts on any NFL material.

TGJV gives some very in-depth analysis in the Jets thread and he seems to know his stuff.

TTGS-First to 10,000. First in our hearts. I love all my Jets posting brothers, but TTGS is the man. I'm embarrassed to even be in the poll.

This was tough, TTGS is a great poster, but TimDris is the one I associate most with the Jets. Both are great posters IMO and deserve recognition. TGJV is a great poster as well.

Derza is not getting any love which surprises me because he probably contributes the most to the Jets forum. I think as a whole we have a pretty good fan base on SWDC, minus the crazy homers that come around every now and then (I consider myself a minor Jets homer).

Im a little dissapointed that Im not on the poll but oh well. There are a lot of good Jets fans on this site. I voted for Derza. In my opinion he is the most underrated poster on this site.

I honestly can't even vote in this. There are about 5 different guys I want to vote for, and I keep changing my mind. I am having a hard time putting one of them above the rest. We do have a very solid group of fans on this site though, IMO.

I will say this, I'm both a little surprised and a little disappointed Hurricanes25 isn't on this list. He hasn't been here long, but he's got some pretty solid insights and is definitely a very good contributor to the site, particularly in the Jets forum and in the Mock Draft forum. Guess we can't include everybody, though.

+ rep coming your way, even though I don't deserve a vote. I've been on and off as a poster in my career. Lately I've been keeping it to the MMA forum and the Jets forum. This summer I got nothing to do so I should be active.

It's not a coincidence. Derza should be the winner.I didn't vote for him because:
1. I believe that being prolific has something to do with it
2. TTGS was the first Jets poster to get to 10,000, bringing glory to all Jets fans
3. Everyone knows that Derza is my boy. I can't show favoritism for the guy that was the only reason I made it through Senior year English without suicide, murder, or both.

Wow, i missed this thread, shocked to have won, but appreciate all the votes. Big shout out goes to Addict who's vote made all the difference. I may not have the post count of some others, but appreciate that others (for the most part) like what i have to say.

Props to all the other Jets posters, they certainly know their stuff and this easily could have gone to any of a number of people...

I must say I wouldn't have minded whoever won this. I feel as if all 10 of us (and Hurricane25) are quality members and good Jets fans. Congrats though man, you definitely know your stuff and contribute to SWDC nicely.
