I might do a "week in review" segment with T-Luck in the Media thread, to sort of give coaches my thoughts on where they need to improve and such. I'll work on that at work until your game is done, then I'll release the results for week 2 so we can get started on them as soon as we're able.

I still am not sure which way to go, but right now I am leaning towards buying it.

Depending on where you go, Insurance isn't too bad... I got quotes from all the main Insurance companies, and there is actually a pretty big difference. Two option from Geico were one for 60 bucks a month, and the other was for 79, which is a helluva deal considering the car and my age (20). I have heard a lot of iffy things about Geico though. Progressive wanted to rape me, it was like 160 a month. 79 isn't bad at all considering I pay 62 per month for my conversion van. I've done some calculations, and I may actually be spending less on gas+insurance for the Mustang than for the van if I can get it at something close to Geico's price.

Most of the insurance quotes I'm looking at are for right around 80 bucks per month (the ones that fit me, anyway), but if it would be what I was expecting (over 150), I wouldn't even be debating it right now. The reason it is cheap is because I am not getting Collision or Comprehensive, as without discussing all my finances, considering the price of the car now, the value when you facotr in depreciation, and the cost of all of that, it would only pay for me to include it for about a year. And since I am a damn good driver, my insurance will not be used unless someone causes the accident, in which case, I won't need them.

I'm looking at it like this...

Either gauranteed to lose $1,800, or have a very slim chance at losing a net of $3,000...

I've been doing stats for everyone with an 80+ overall. And I've been doing stats for starting QBs, RBs and Ks regardless of overall.

I hate it when actual teams use starters for special teams. They can help you so much more doing their actual job and you only risk hurting them by putting them on special teams with backups and scrubs going all out trying to impress coaches into keeping them around.....I just had to throw something little in there, heh.

I disagree, so long as you don't have the luxury. The Bills are so reliant on special teams to help them in games, and I shudder to think what we'd be with our consistently poor offense if we didn't have McGee and McKelvin returning.

Sorry for being a little inactive recently. I just got a new job as a paralegal and been hectic just doing a lot of other things too and just seeing my girlfriend since she's heading off to England for a couple months soon. I'll be more active when my schedule is more set and stable.

See, I disagree with your disagreement. My dislike doesn't totally extend to return men, but if I have another guy who isn't a key contributor on offense or defense who can do it just as well, I'd much rather put him back there.

Well we never use starters as gunners. I would think nobody does that, really. That's a role we've seen plenty of guys grow out of and be more easily replaced. But there is nobody on this team who can return kicks "just as well" as McKelvin, so we use that advantage.

And like it was said for this game - better rated players will make better returners. Do what you have to if you think it will ultimately help.

I'm sure the majority of the guys actually do... Check the rep you've gotten, most of it is probably from coaches, but there are guys who just have players as well, granted it is probably for their team, but that's fine by me, as long as they are reading... Considering I have a coaching, player, and writing repsonsibility, I usually know at least 4 of the games by heart anyway, but read over the others as well. I like to add hidden humor or jsut something wierd to mine, and I look to see if you have done it too...
