Here's the thread for prospects or other coaches and GM's wanting to get in contact with a team. I ask coaches to post any contact info(AIM screen name, IRC user etc) so I can copy it in here. This is an organized place to see where all the teams and coaches can be seen together. Eventually it will be turned into the team thread. I ask ALL coaches to simply post your coach name, any assistants you have, their SWDC user name, aim screen names and IRC user. Thank you. Let's keep this thread nice and neat!
edit: if coaches could post their team logo and team name that'd be nice too! saves me some work haha.

TEAM: Chicago Pandas
HC/DC: Brian Wang
OC: thefalconer
Offense: Base- Power Run I with 1 TE and 2 WRs.
The Chicago Pandas will rely heavily on the rushing attack. Believing that it starts up front, the Pandas are convinced, that they need a great OLine to succeed. The Passing game will be deep passes to keep the defense honest. Kenny Writt and Peter Johnston will both be safety valves since they are both big targets. The RBs will be sharing carries, trying to complement each other.
Defense: 4-3 with Blitzing OLBs.
The Defense is the heart of the team. It is comparable with the Defensive Scheme of Steve Spagnuolo. Like on offense, the defensive line will be the main focal point trying to get as much pressure on the QB as possible. With smart play calling, the OLBs will blitz a lot trying to great even more havoc. The MLB will be playing like a Cover-2 MLB. He will be the playmaker and cover the middle. Slider will be able to play like Urlacher try to go from sideline to sideline with his speed. The DBs are required to play a lot of man and bump and run. The main idea is to have ballhawks back there, trying to benefit from every single mistake the QB makes when he is under pressure.

Offense
The Raptors offense is a variaton of the West Coast Offense with some elements of the K-Gun and Air Coryell offenses mixed in. The primary formations the Raptors use are Singleback and I-Form variants, with their versatile starting personnel allowing them to give opposing defenses many different looks. The offense slightly favors the ground game, with about a 55/45 run/pass ratio, and uses the playaction pass often to maximize the effectiveness of their aerial attack. The ground game has a multi dimensional look that features both quick, agile running and power, smashmouth running, while the aerial assualt focuses on the short-intermediate passing game, with the occasional deep ball to keep the defense honest. The quarterback is expected to be a vocal leader who is accurate and makes good decisions to limit turnovers as much as possible.
Defense
The Raptors defense is an entirely new scheme invented by head coach Gary Foster. Foster's defense combines the attacking blitz 4-3 schemes of Jim Johnson with the traditional 2-gap 3-4 schemes, and some elements of the more modern attacking 3-4 schemes. The concept is to attack the QB, get pressure, and force mistakes, most notably turnovers. This is accomplished by having a strong defensive line that is tough to run on and gets a lot of pressure, with role specific LBs who thrive in this scheme where they might struggle in other schemes. The CBs should be able to play both man and zone coverages well, as the scheme will call for both at various times, with the FS being a ballhawking playmaker who roams the deep zones or plays tight coverage on his man and the SS playing a sort of Rover role in which he is expected to make plays against both the run and the pass.

Offensive: The "Buck Sweep" is sorta like our base play. Both guards pull and the HB takes it outside. Jet sweeps can be run with the Wingback, Wide reciever, and the HB when he is lined up at wing in our double wing formation. The fullback will get quite a few carries whether it be on options, dives, traps, etc. Not a whole lot of passing, but play actions will be used to get big plays. Defensive: TBA
Offense - Wing T, and a little Wildcat

Intended Offense: Pistol Offense Variant. The QB will be in a short drop with the halfback either lined up behind or to the side of him. QB will have the option of calling the flanker in motion to diagnose the defense early. It gives the QB the opportunity to alter the play. Relies on short to medium length routes on the WR. Requires an athletic pass-catching TE to help stretch the defense and open up the running game. Offense will use the pistol as the base with a Split Back formation tossed in to confuse defenses.
Intended Defense: 3-3-5 with a hybrid LB/SS playing the Rover position. Essentially a nickel package (think New Mexico Lobo defense). Pressuring the QB is a must and exotic blitz schemes will be incorporated.

Head Coach: T.J. Kenny-Dowall (Caddy)
Assistant Coach: Jballa
Offense: Spread
With three incredibly talented skill players (Bolt Williams, Julio Stone and Leopold Carmichael) a pass heavy offense is inevitable. The offense will feature a large number of screens medium-long routes with passes over the middle to Stone and TE Jaleel Starks. The role of Carmichael in the offense is to catch and run the ball. We hope to get it in his hands around 20 times a game.
Defense: 4-3
Focuses on pass rush from the defensive ends and versatility by the linebackers. The defense will be running a hybrid man/zone coverage for the defensive backs which is subject to change based on the offense. Ryder audibles for the backfield whilst Klux audibles for the front 7.

Honolulu Wave http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v613/BeerBaron/HonoluluWave2.gif
Head Coach: Andy Johnson (eatw)
Defensive Coordinator/Assistant HC: Elgin Whittaker
Offense: Johnson runs a West Coast Style Offense and in a balanced attack. He likes to have a balanced receiving corp with some big guys capable of racking up YAC, as well as some quicker WRs who can stretch the field nad make guys miss. He likes to implement athletic TEs with good hands to add another weapon to the passing game, any skill in the blocking game is a bonus.. He likes his RBs to be versatile with great hands and at least decent blockers. In the run game he likes a mix of big and strong linemen with athletic linemen, keeps things balanced. A FB who can receive as well as lead block would be preferred, but isn't 100% necessary. He would like his TEs to be at least average blockers, but will sacrifice blocking abilities if need be. He runs a balanced ratio of run/pass, with approximately 55% passing and 45% running. He wants a balanced team so if he is getting shut down in one aspect of the game, he can count on the other to help him out.
Defense: We will be running a blitz heavy 4-3. We always like to keep the quarterback guessing. Our defensive ends must be great pass rushers who can get to the quarterback and our defensive tackles should be big run stuffers. We look for linebackers who are jacks of all trades, but masters of none. They need to be able to stop the run, but more importantly to be good in coverage. Our corners are looked upon to be playmakers. They are always a threat to pick one off and return it the other way. They should be great in man to man coverage. We will be using a lot of nickel formations in our defense and so we like to have good depth in our secondary. We like our corners to be physical and to jam the receivers at the line. Our safeties are usually ballhawks who are very physical and who are always in the receivers' minds when they are running their routes. We will be running a lot of exotic blitzes so our players need to be smart and need to put time in practice and at home to learn the playbook and our different schemes on defense.

TEAM: Pittsburgh Xplosion
HC/DC: HinesWardJr
OC: DLionALL
Offense: Power Running game
Pittsburgh will rely mainly on a dual headed attack from the RBs and solid line play. A mix of tall, possession WRs and speedy ones will cause matchups problems for Defenses with Pittsburgh attempting to convert on third down with the go to guys and stretch the field with the faster ones. Seth Harris Jr. will be the cog that makes the offense turn, backed up by a solid QB in Al Wood. WR Frank Williams will be the main target and the line will be anchored by Andre Bleu, Paul Tagliani and Dexter Allen
Defense: Standard 3-4
Based around a solid DLine and a talented defensive secondary, Pittsburgh will look to force turnovers and stuff opponents running games. OLBs will be mainly used for heavy blitzing and a very talented pair of Safetys will roam the field and blitz occasionally. Dostoevsky Vissarionovich is a stud who will command double teams almost constantly and hold down the Defensive Line. Backed up by Mitch Cavanaugh who is a solid player in his own right, the line looks to hold down the fort and keep Opponents from establishing a good rushing attack. Veteran Ozzy Fox and Omar Robinson will be the main pass rushers with Fox teaching the younger Robinson the tricks of the trade. Antonio Blades is a great corner who looks to matchup against some of the bigger receivers of the DCFL. Chris Shakur and Kenny Mustain will cause headaches for opposing offenses as both are very talented and will make a great pair.
