Frye is a good QB, but he needs weapons. They have Jamal & Droughns, so let's add CJ.

They have weapons already. Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards.
I said Peterson because I don't think Jamal is gunna last their too long.

i said peterson also for the same reason shavedaeyebrow2 said jamal isn't our long term solution, and ive heard rumors of us cutting droughns. i think peterson and lewis would make a great tandem in the backfield

Winslow is injury-prone and Edwards needs another wideout to keep the pressure off him and Winslow.

How about if you don't have a franchise QB you take one...Plus Quinn fits into the whole Ohio thing that Phil has done drafting local players (and stealing the Ravens that he is able too)...

Also Quinn has basically ran our offense better than our current QB's and had better coaching in Weis. He's basically the #1 QB for us right off the bat.

Droughns is going to get released and it's a toss up between AP & BQ. This should be close.

They need another wideout to keep that pressure off, but they don't need to waste a top 5 pick on one. They need a QB that can get them the ball and they need a WR in round 3.

I'll say AD. They signed Jamal to a one year deal, and already sid they will release or trade Rueben Drougns. They need a RB to go along with Lewis for next year, sort of like the situation in New England this past year.

they go AP despite signing Jamal Lewis. They have two capable QB's that can get the job done. Also Romeo Crennell needs to win now, AP is the most win now player in this draft. Last they draft for talent, and for whoever is the highest person on there board, that will defently be AP.

I heavily considered Quinn. I just think it would work better if FRYE had weapons...

I voted Quinn, but you need to have more than 5 options on your poll.

I say quinn because he wants to go there, not to many players want to go somewhere specifically and he played in a pro offense and also he has a winner's mentality.

i mean with the signing of lewis, it still could mean they go peterson b.c lewis is injury proned but i think they need a QB more than anything else- quinn is the best pick

I voted for Adrian Peterson beacuse Jamal was signed to only a one year deal so hes not likely to last more then that as a starter at the rate he has declined the past few years. Peterson just has too much talent to pass up.

I'm wondering tho. How is Gaines Adams not even on the ballot for them? I know they drafted Wimbley last season but they missed out of both Thomas and Porter this offseason who they were rumored to be targeting. Kinda surprised that he doesn't even get a little consideration.

I think the signing of Lewis is significant to this years draft.

Either:

A) Phil and company are high on Lewis and are hoping he can return to his 2003 season.

B) A one year scapegoat that they hope can preform for a couple seasons but at least be productive for a year when next year's high RB draft class.

C) We signed Lewis so he can stop killing us 2 times a year.

Also we traded Droughns to the Gmen.

Quinn, Because lewis was signed but its only a 1 year but he will help this 1 year and hopefully get resigned. Quinn is a Franchise Changer IMO.

In the Cleveland Plain Dealer Lewis was quoted as saying that it was his idea for the one year deal. He left Baltimore for they lacked commitment to the run. Apparently Phil sold Jamal on the change and the Lewis thinks Savage will "take care of him" but wants to see the commitment to the running game before he gets a multi-year contract. He also said he's only 27 with 7 years of expierence and his tank isn't dry. Not even close.
