Per Nfl News and Notes on Fox sports
Defensive end Grant Wistrom, who played in two Super Bowls with the Rams, was released Thursday by Seattle. Even with the trade for James Hall, the Rams still are looking for help at defensive end. "I'd give anything to be back playing in front of the fans in St. Louis," Wistrom told the Post-Dispatch. "But I'm not in any hurry to make a decision."

If the price is right, why not? I was a big Wistrom fan and would love to see him back in horns, but we obviously aren't in a position to pay him a lot at present.

Interesting. I don't see how he really makes sense for the Rams at this stage. He'd take away from Victor Adeyanju's development time. Albeit, with Little aging, and Adeyanju raw, if they feel they can get enough time for everyone, then yeah, it'd be smart. And in limited circumstances, Adeyanju could conceivably slide inside.
