Not good news, our CB depth was shaky as is. If this is as serious as it looks we need to look into bringing in a vet. Is Chris Mcalister still a FA?

IDK about Chris McCalister, but hopefully this was just a precaution.

They're saying it is just a sprain. I dont know if its just a regular old sprain or a high ankle sprain but the most he will probally be out is 6 weeks and that is if its worse case scenerio (he could be back at the end of preseason).

Poses more of a problem at KR/PR. We've got the CB depth to handle it. Finny and Harper as starters. Vinny at NB. Then Faggins as the 4th guy. McCourty and other CB's will get more time during preseason, which could be a good thing in order to evaluate 'em. Curious to see who gets the KR/PR duties now. Mark Jones maybe? Tuff Harris?
I'm glad it's a sprain and not a fracture or hamstring problem. These things happen.

In all honesty, I wouldn't mind seeing Lavelle Hawkins get a shot to return some kicks.

Paul Williams perhaps?
