I actually really enjoy Tracy Morgan on the show. Alec Baldwin is really great too. Besides them not really a fan of anyone else. Kenneth is such an annoying ****. I would rather be repeatable beat over the head then have to watch him try and be funny.

30 Rock sucks. Tracey Morgan might be the most annoying person on TV at any given time. If Baldwin didnt kick all kinds of ass on that show, it would be near unwatchable. Its boring, generic comedy. The Office is far superior.
And Glee sucks.
I have to agree with this comment. I don't understand why 30 rocks wins so many awards because everytime I have tried to watch it I never for once found it funny. The only person I find funny on 30 rock is Jack McBrayer.
Also I watched that music video with Kelly and Erin and I loved it. Very Funny with Andy and Ryan in it.

Spoilers seem to be spreading the rumor that Andy and Erin will develop and that Ryan and Kelly have a possible future. Apparently the Ryan and Kelly fling is more of a hook-up on occasion and yell at each other more than an actual relationship.
Don't know if that's anything we didn't already expect, but interesting none-the-less

Awesome...Adding ice cubes, molds the jello quicker. Just a helpful hint. Haha. If you need a different idea, my freshman year of college I put seran wrap over all the women's toilet seats. Stretched out, it is nearly invisible. Although, I'm guessing your shooting for *not getting fired.
SO Ryan's an amateur porn photographer?! Hahahahaha.

Is it just me or did that episode seem to be about 5 minutes long? I keep expecting to hate a couple of these, but I can't do it. Quite the random episode, but I loved it.
A few great one-liners, Ryan taking nude photos, Toby giddy about Pam hitting Michael, and that is enough to make my night.

Michael's relationship had to end. They could drag that on all season then it becomes what? Holly? Jan? Marriage? Yikes... But I agree, 8.5/10 is about right. To me anyways.

yes. pretty decent. i've never been as much of a Creed lover as others here, but him talking about the paper was the highlight of the episode for me.
Ryan trying to get Erin to pose for nakey pictures was awesome too.
but, Dwight's scheme was one of the dumbest things in the history of the show.
and, Pam can hit me anytime.

Well if I went from Assistant (to the) Regional Manager, Michael's #2 guy, and getting freaky with Angela to basically an after thought...I might go a little nuts too.
I agree though. I love Dwight, but I'm not a really big fan of the him trying to get Jim fired plot line.
30Rock is hilarious. Tracy Morgan is SOOOOO funny.
The show is horrible and stupid. I watched the first couple seasons, but was glazed over and done with it after the second episode of season one.
As far as the Dwight trying to get Jim fired plot line, that was just used to continue the Dwight-Andy dynamic, which is pure gold.

The 2-3 million people who turn off NBC once The Office is over at 8:30PM seem to agree.
I don't think it's brilliant by any means, but any show including Tracy Morgan, Alec Baldwin, and even bits of Tina Fey is going to garner laughs. Last night when Baldwin was singing, drinking, and walking around the subway train with a coin hat was absolutely hilarious though.
Still, it is time for The Office to get a few nods over 30 Rock when it comes to the awards department.

In all seriousness, both are fantastic shows (imo) and I look forward to them every week but nothing beats 30 Rock for me. To each his own I suppose! That said, I absolutely love The Office. I have every season on dvd right now, it's a great show to pop in a random cd when you want to laugh.

I don't care what people say. Week in and week out, not EVERYTHING fans want to see can happen. So the company flourishes, everyone falls in love and gets married, and eventualy Michael gets his hovercraft. No, not gonna happen.
The show has to go on, and because of that...They are developing different story lines. Who knows if this is going to last the rest of the season or for an episode or 2, but I loved it.
Jim seeing how good of a boss Michael is, is probably my favorite development this season. Michael is not a complete tool, and it's finally showing. Add in Kevin and Oscars chemistry, Erin and Andy's akwardness, and so on. Besides season 2, and some of 4 this has been 100% my favorite string of episodes to date.

I think 8-9 seasons will be all she wrote. There is no show I look forward to as much as The Office, so when it's over yes my Thursday nights will be very sad.
As the characters continue to get bigger, like John Krasinski, Steve Carrel, etc. keeping them around might be tougher than it is right now. Still, the show has been pretty consistently #2 among Thursday shows (18-49 age) next to Grey's, so as long as that happens the show should keep pounding out episodes.

You know how this show can keep it fresh for a few more seasons?
Develop the background characters a little more. Have more episode arcs featuring different characters. Not the stupid, unfunny ones like Phyllis or Meredith, but more Kevin, Erin, Toby, and Oscar would be good.
They can fade back into the background so as not to mess with the show's dynamic, but develop them more in the meanwhile.

I don't think they have to worry about the show getting old for a while. They can always relate things to the real world like they are doing now with the bankruptcy. It is almost like the Simpsons or Seinfeld, there are so many characters they can base issues around. They could always bring back the Pac-Man, Billy Packard.

I just got the season 5 DVD and a portable DVD player for Christmas. Up since 7am because of my younger sister, neice and nephew opening their presents...I am now half way through season 5 after starting from episode 1.
Merry Christmas to me. (And ya'll)

Probably the best deal if you have the patience to wait for shipping...I saw the widescreen version for about $25.00 the other day at Walmart as well, but widescreen annoys the crap outta me.

Thanks man. I probably would've paid close to fifty at Target. Saved at least ten dollars (I went with two day shipping so I could get it for an event I'll need it for).

No worries guys, always looking out. Merry Christmas. Now, if only we didn't have to wait until Feb. 4th for a new episode.

It is always in widescreen because fullscreen is garbage.

Movies in widescreen are ruined for me...I'm always trying to see above or below the black bars, and it just won't happen. Makes me claustrophobic.

Widescreen is useless.
In the sense that everything is better with an HDTV because of the fact that films shot in widescreen fills up the screen (or at least most of it), then yes. Otherwise, absolutely not because something shot in widescreen reduced to a full screen image produces ridiculous grain and a serious cut of the image.
