I just stole the order from a website's power rankings. Take it easy on me.
1. Cleveland Browns: Gerald McCoy DT/DE Oklahoma – McCoy is one of the best players in the draft and would make a big impact at end in the Browns 3-4.
2. St. Louis Rams: Jimmy Clausen QB Notre Dame – There is no doubt that the Rams are in need of a quarterback, and should Clausen leave early, he may be the top prospect.
3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ndamukong Suh DT Nebraska – The Buccaneers need a big tackle to shore up the middle of their run defense, and while not huge, Suh is a great athletic run stuffer.
4. Kansas City Chiefs: Eric Berry S Tennessee – Eric Berry is probably the best draft eligible player, and gives the Chiefs a much needed playmaker on defense.
5. Oakland Raiders: Taylor Mays S Southern California – Al Davis loves physical freaks and defensive backs. Taylor Mays is both.
6. Detroit Lions: Trent Williams OT Oklahoma – After getting their franchise quarterback in Matthew Stafford, the Lions look to William to protect him.
7. San Francisco 49ers (from Carolina): Russell Okung OT Oklahoma St. – The 49ers have Joe Staley, but they could really use a stud on the offensive line.
8. Miami Dolphins: Rolando McClain LB Alabama – McClain is a very good player, who can be the enforcer the Dolphins need at inside linebacker.
9. Seattle Seahawks: Sam Bradford QB Oklahoma – The Seahawks have gone downhill, and they need to get their quarterback of the future, as Matt Hasslebeck continues to age.
10. Washington Redskins: Jevan Snead QB Ole Miss – Dan Snyder has made it known that he isn’t happy with Jason Campbell, and Snead’s physical tools make him the pick here.
11. Arizona Cardinals: Sergio Kindle LB Texas – Kindle has experience at both linebacker and defensive end, making him a great fit for the Cardinals and their 3-4 defense.
12. Tennessee Titans: Carlos Dunlap DE Florida – Dunlap is among the most talented players in the country, and with Kyle Vanden Bosch and Jevan Kearse both free agents, the Titans are in need of an end.
13. Jacksonville Jaguars: Tony Pike QB Cincinnati – David Garrard doesn’t look to be the guy, and Pike has all the tools to be a great quarterback.
14. Buffalo Bills: Bryan Baluga OT Iowa – Since trading Jason Peters, the Bills have a huge hole at left tackle, and Baluga has potential to be one of the NFL’s best.
15. Houston Texans: Joe Haden CB Florida – Dunta Robinson is the Texans’ only good corner, and he is in the midst of a contract dispute. Haden brings a much needed playmaking ability to the Texans’ secondary.
16. Seattle Seahawks (from Denver): Anthony Davis OT Rutgers – With Walter Jones’ career reaching its end, the Seahawks are in desperate need of someone to step in as their blindside protector, so Seattle reaches on Davis.
17. Green Bay Packers: Arthur Jones DT/DE Syracuse – With Cullen Jenkins and B.J. Raj, the Packers have two thirds of their defensive line. Jones is a perfect fit to be the end opposite of Jenkins.
18. San Francisco 49ers: Terrence Cody DT Alabama – The 49ers need a dominating presence in the middle and Mount Cody is exactly that.
19. Philadelphia Eagles: Sean Weatherspoon LB Missouri – The Eagles don’t have much talent at the linebacker position, and Weatherspoon has the versatility to play in the middle or outside.
20. Dallas Cowboys: Dez Bryant WR Oklahoma St. – Bryant is a deadly readzone threat, and it is miraculous that he falls this far to the Cowboys who need someone opposite of Roy Williams.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: Allen Bailey DT Miami – Bailey gives the Bengals an athletic playmaker in the middle of their defensive line.
22. Denver Broncos (from Chicago): Corey Wootton DE Northwestern – Wootton is a high motor player who has the versatility to be an end, or even outside linebacker in the Broncos’ 3-4 defense.
23. Atlanta Falcons: Brandon Spikes LB Florida – The Falcons have a glaring hole at linebacker, and Spikes could play the middle or the strong side linebacker spots.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Ciron Black OT Louisiana State – For years the Steelers’ main weakness has been at the offensive line, and Black could offer some help.
25. New England Patriots: Brandon Lang DE/OLB Troy – The Patriots have a group of aging pass rushers, but Lang offers the unit some youth.
26. San Diego Chargers: Arrelious Benn WR Illinois – Benn has great size and athleticism, and with Vincent Jackson a free agent, the Chargers are in need of a receiver.
27. New York Jets: Damian Williams WR Southern California – The Jets have a great offensive line and run game, but they need to give Mark Sanchez some weapons if they want their passing game to be elite.
28. New Orleans Saints: Jermaine Gresham TE Oklahoma – The Saints are well known for picking the best player available, and despite their offensive firepower, New Orleans drafts Gresham to give them a weapon at tight end.
29. Minnesota Vikings: Greg Hardy DE Ole Miss – With Ray Edwards a free agent, the Vikings look to the immensely talented Hardy to step in. Hardy is a top ten talent, but his durability is holding him back.
30. Baltimore Ravens: Brandon LaFell WR Louisiana State – The Ravens’ pass offense has improved, but they need to get Joe Flacco some more weapons.
31. Indianapolis Colts: Selvish Capers OT West Virginia – After Tony Ugoh apparently busting, the Colts are in desperate need for an offensive tackle, so they make the reach and take Capers.
32. New York Giants: Reshad Jones S Georgia – Even if Kenny Phillips is able to make a full comeback, the Giants need someone to start next to him to replace Michael Johnson, the defense’s main weakness.
1. Cleveland Browns: Gerald McCoy DT/DE Oklahoma – McCoy is one of the best players in the draft and would make a big impact at end in the Browns 3-4.
