What is the best PrimeTime Television show? There seem to be a lot of favorites among members of NFLDC . . .

As difficult as it may be, I am asking you to choose ONE show.

It is impossible for me to rank them, but my top 4 is:

1) The Office
2) Lost
3) 24
4) House

This is subject to change on a weekly basis, lol.

My favourites are Prison Break and Criminal Minds.

Heroes gets my vote, but I do love Scrubs, The Office, South Park and now the Black Donnellys.

Lost, The Office, Heroes, House, and Scrubs. In the end its probably between Lost and Heroes
For longevity and fun with theorizing, I'll say Lost.

The other shows I only watch on a 'every once in a while' basis. Like the Office, Scrubs, etcetera.

Actually I've only seen it like three times. But I don't watch television besides sports, animal planet, and comedy central.

Who the hell voted for CSI, and why is it on this list? It's such a boring show and it sold out for a sexy image so long ago. Criminal Minds or Law & Order are so much better.

out of those shows i only watch csi but not religiously or anything. just if im watching tv and it happens to be on.

most of the time its, seinfeld, family guy, the simpsons, or sports. and comedy central presents (enter comedian here). those are usually pretty good. i just watched jim gaffigan beyond the pale, it was hilarious. "Hot Pocket!"

I am seriously shocked that Lost has only 2 votes . . . it seems to be on a lot of people's short list, but not their favorite. Hmm . . . the poll is deceiving.

a little bit, another thing with Lost was it had a huge break and is just getting back to showing episodes. I know that with me Lost's break shifted my interest in other TV shows like Heroes, so know im watching other stuff because Lost's 3rd season just doesnt compare to 1 and 2.

I truly cannot think of a television show funnier than The Office. The awkward moments in that show are just hilarious.

24 wins for longevity, but Season 6 [day 6] is starting to re-use and awful lot of plotlines and falls under the 24 "formula" too much . . .

Best show I've ever seen by far is The Wire. But it's on HBO so I'm not sure if it fits the criteria. I like watching chomos get busted on NBC's To Catch a Predator, and 24 is my favorite in the super fake drama category. Not a big fan of sitcoms, but the office is pretty funny.

Lost and 24 are the only shows I watch, I'm gonna try and start watching The Office and Prison Break from the start, I have to get to work on that.

It changes on a weekly basis between 24 and Lost, but right now I like Lost better.
