I think Newman is the only one who needs to stay until we cant get a lockdown dominant corner. But yeah we need an elite player to step in to one the 5 positions you just named.

Bradie is pretty good if you can use him as a 2 down player to hide him in coverage.

Bradie and Crayton are solid, i don't think they're as bad to the team as the other three. Newman is supposed to be our number one and man he's just such a *****. I seriously hate him. Hamlin is garbage again and Flozell just racks up penalty after penalty, but we have nothing to replace him with.

Thsi thread is NOT ABOUT TALENT it is about guys who consistently come up short when it matter.

I will give Bradie a pass and add Gurode instead. He f'ed up the snap and can't shot gun snap.

Flozell blows-ell. It's just not a Cowboys game without a Flozell Adams false start.

When I saw Newman laying there on the field in KC with < a minute to go & giving the Chiefs another freebie timeout I wanted to shoot him. And he trotted off the field, nothing wrong with him..... what is it with that guy?

Outside of a few bad snaps, what bad has Gurode done? He's played very well so far, and it seems here like you're just overreacting to a bad play. Do you really want Proctor to start again? There aren't many centers better than Andre.

I want a Center who can snap and block who does not need Kyle Kosier to call line plays..

Who would you replace him with though? He's very good at what he does, and he only gets attention when he does something wrong. The Dallas inside O has looked good this season, and I think it would be a mistake to break them up.

You've got a point with Bradie and Hamlin though. Too often the D gives up points in the clutch, and the supposed leader should be the one that keeps stupid breakdowns like that from consistently happening. I'm getting tired of saying, "If the defense could just stop them now, they've been stopping them all day..." and then big plays happen. If he's to be the leader of the D, he needs to freaking will these guys into their proper assignments.

Well, I wanted Unger for C and move Gurode back to Guard.

I just think Gurode is not smart enough for C.

I agree there. I think you'll be displeased to know that Jerry was targeting Unger in the draft. I know you don't like to be on the same wave length as Jerry. haha.

Here are my 5 that need to go to change the identity of this team in a positive way.

1. Bradie James
2. Flozell Adams
3. Patrick Crayton
4. Ken Hamlin
5. Marcus Spears

1-Tony Romo
2-Flozell Adams
3-Barbie Carpenter
4-Bradie James
5-Anthony Spencer

May catch flak over Romo, but if you want to change the team DNA I would start here. He has flashes, but two years ago I think we were a super bowl team. And even I can not keep making excuses for him in big games.

Flo-no need to beat the dead left tackle.

Barbie-He is a straight up bust. Don't let him keep someone off the team that might actually do something.

Bradie James-Just not a playmaker. But he does seem to be a talker.

Anthony-I am just tired of his hype. I thought he would be good. But I think if you draft someone and they do nothing they should be cut. THis is the highest level of football in the world. He can't be the best we can roll out at olb.

1. Marcus Spears
If feel like every year, we all think he's right on the brink of being a good player. Well, I'm tired of waiting. Let's get some more potential on that line, we need some anchors.

2. Flozell Adams
As much as he's done with us, and as good as he's been, this team needs to get back to playing sharp football. That means no more false start, holding, or tripping out of our LT. I just don't think he can do it.

3. Bobby Carpenter
I just don't understand why this guy's still here. Bad player and he's taking time away from people that might actually use that time to improve. Get rid of him.

4. Bradie James
I want more range at MLB. He's just not a sideline to sideline player, and we need players that are going to make plays all over the place.

5. Patrick Crayton
I've been saying for a long time that he's nothing special and that he's inhibiting the growth of our young guys. I stand by that.
