Ive shortened the draft one round also in the 20th round familyguy's players will be up for drafting
That doesn't make any sense, just omit them from the draft.

If you pick a guy who was already picked, the next person is free to pick. That's pretty much an unwritten rule, at least in the drafts I've been in.
Edit: If you wanna wait you can pick at 5.

I disagree with your Samardizja pick by the way, because he won't play a down of football within the next few years at least, so you can't act like he's actually going to have an impact on your team.

We're selecting them as football players. Everything else is irrelevant. Samardzija could have been the #2 WR this year minus baseball.

That's completely different. Samardzija is able to play football, that DT wouldn't be able to.
