Good signing, depends on the pricetag though.

good pickup. If Rolle starts producing the Cards secondary will be pretty dec.

I like this signing for them, I think they will improve a lot next season.

03-10-2007, 03:36 PM
Is he supposed to start?

03-10-2007, 03:36 PM
I would have liked him in KC to play nickel.

03-10-2007, 03:36 PM
I like this signing a lot. They're really improving the secondary in free agency.

03-10-2007, 03:36 PM
good signing for them

03-10-2007, 03:37 PM
Is he supposed to start?

I'm sure he'll get a chance to compete

Is he supposed to start?

He should.

I'm assuming Rolle will still be the #1 then, with Hood at #2 and Green in the nickel.

Hood was a great cover corner for the Eagles as the Nickel. He will be a great #2 CB if he plays up to his potential. One thing you've got to watch on him is his tackling isn't all that great.

03-10-2007, 04:12 PM
He is also a solid but not great return man.

03-10-2007, 04:26 PM
Rolle is terrible at Corner, they need to move him to safety.

03-10-2007, 04:31 PM
Good signing by the Cards, they could be headed in the right direction

03-10-2007, 04:38 PM
Hood was pretty damn solid in Philly, I liked him tons.

I like the trio of Green, Rolle, and Hood.

03-10-2007, 06:40 PM
yeah very good signing with him Rolle, Hood, Green, Wilson and Holt they could have a decent secondary. Certainly not a standout unit, but the unit can maybe hold its own.

03-10-2007, 07:40 PM
at the least it adds quality depth, but i expect him to be the #2 corner and this makes drafting a CB in the 1st day seem unlikely, so I expect DE, LT, & OLB to be the 1st 3 picks

Good player, good signing

I hate seeing the Cards get good signings (players and coaches). There team scares me a bit but once they start to play, they're just the Cardinals. Just shows teams "on paper" don't mean jack.

Hood really wasn't that good last year. He got benched as the nickel at one point I believe.

Rolle is terrible at Corner, they need to move him to safety.

he struggled, but he isnt terrible

he was coming off a major injury the year before, he had no help from the d-line, and he was being coached poorly

lets give another chance before we move him to saftey, because he deserves one more chance, and if we move him, that gives us to many free safties, and not enough cornerbacks
