Sunday
Houston @ Buffalo - With a win, Houston is back in the wild card race.
Cleveland @ Chicago - Chicago needs to bounce back after being embarrassed.
Seattle @ Dallas - Big game for both teams.
St. Louis @ Detroit - Draft implications.
Denver @ Baltimore - Broncos continue to be tested.
San Francisco @ Indianapolis - San Fran needs a win to keep within 1 game of ARI.
Miami @ NY Jets - Will the Jets avenge the loss on MNF at home?
NY Giants @ Philadelphia - Always fun to watch.
Jacksonville @ Tennessee - This could be a very big win for Jax. Vince Young starting?
Oakland @ San Diego - Seymour has some work to do if he's serious about playoffs.
Carolina @ Arizona - Jake Delhomme vs. Arizona. Playoffs all over again?
Minnesota @ Green Bay - Not a big deal.

Monday
Atlanta @ New Orleans - Perfect record on the line againt division rival. Another good MNF matchup.

I warned you Hines. I had to make it this week.

Favre returns to Lambeau. Does it get any bigger and better than this in terms of storylines for this year? Hell, maybe even this decade? Block Jared Allen, please. If we can contain Adrian Peterson as well as we did Week 4, I really like our chances. Especially with Winfield out. Also, this is a huge divisional game. If the Packers win, both teams will have two losses.

Go Pack Go!

I don't think it's a big deal if we win. We should win. Kind of a bigger deal if we lose, because that means we suck. If we win, we still don't really know if we're good, mediocre, or may still even suck.

Broncos with their first loss this weekend. Lock it up.

Is Gore still dinged up? That would really help the Colts out if he was. They're better against the run this year but guys who are tough to bring down always present potential problems.

It's fine TJ. Steelers don't play this weekend, so I allow you to steal 2 from me this season. :D

Anyways, Denver-Baltimore is a very good matchup. I think Baltimore wins. I think St Louis gets their first win this Sunday behind Steven Jackson. Also, I expect Favre to get booed very badly Sunday.

Broncos with their first loss this weekend. Lock it up.

Hmm, seems like different week, same tune about the Broncos. Not saying its all you, but a vast majority of the fans and media.
Cowboys vs. Broncos - "Cowboys will unleash the fury on the overrated, untested Broncos, giving them their first loss."
Pats vs. Broncos - "Cowboys were overrated and the Broncos got lucky, the Pats will crush them."
Chargers vs. Broncos - "Chargers will be up for this and handle the overrated Broncos in this divisional matchup"

Like someone else told me, its like people are "mad" at the Broncos having success because all offseason they made fun of the organization, and how it was going to be a massive downward spiral and now that they are 6-0 with quality wins over some decent teams, its making people have to eat some crow and generally, people don't like to do that.

Honestly though, I think this could be a loss for the Broncos due to it being an away game. However, I think I see a win more likely than a loss at this point.

Atlanta travels to New Orleans for Monday Night Football. The Saints are 6-0. The Falcons are undefeated after losses under Mike Smith and Matt Ryan.

I am scared shitless. If the Falcons play anything resembling the team that played Dallas last week, this has potential to be an uber blowout.

The Falcons are always tough but Dallas exploited your secondary and with New Orleans possessing the weapons it does in the passing game I could see this thing getting out of hand quickly. I am curious to see how our defense handles your offense, though.

this time the Vikes have a lot of key injuries. Should be a close game, but I dont feel good about the Vikes chances.

Interestingly the Falcons have yet to lose back-to-back games under Mike Smith, whose motto is that great teams never let that happen. Unfortunately I am afraid it may just happen this week against the Saints.

Worst week of football as my beloved Bengals are on the bye. As well as the Steelers who I would love to root against.

no the texans are. by more than a fg. if the texans score 3 points more than the bills, according to the spread the bills still win cause ud have to substract the 3.5 points from the texans. if the texans scores 4 points more they beat the spread

So do you guys think any of the undefeated teams lose this week?

Denver @ Baltimore

San Fransisco @ Indianapolis

Atlanta @ New Orleans

Denver is the only one that can be considered an under dog, but all 3 are playing against above average teams.

San Fransisco's running game didn't look good with Gore coming off that injury, however Houston's run D has performed well the last 2 weeks and that might have been the reason why. Even so, it's possible Alex Smith can perform this week and be competitive. I still think Indianapolis wins, but it's not like they're going up against one of the worst teams.

Baltimore is always tough, and while Denver has been great thus far, they haven't really won impressively yet. I still think Denver wins, but for me this is the most likely loss this week if there is going to be one.

And lastly, Atlanta goes to New Orleans to play in that dome. While everything seems stacked in New Orleans' favor I personally am a believer that divisional games are always tough regardless of how big of a gap there is in talent / skill.

How can Denver be considered an underdog when Baltimore has lost 3 straight? Doesn't even make sense.

Ah well, if people keep discounting them like this they can underdog their way to the super bowl.

Well, I said can be considered an underdog, didn't say they were. And my reasoning for that is because the spread considers them an underdog right now. I was trying to say that they are the closest to an even match up on paper in my opinion. That being said, I personally don't believe they are the underdog, and I hope they win because Baltimore is in my division.

He plays really deep most of the time but I haven't seen him miss any tackles. Donte Whitner when hes healthy is our in the box safety. The Bills since all the injuries to the back 7 happened in the first few weeks have played the pass a lot tougher than the run though. Just like at the stats from the games and its obvious if you didn't watch the games. Delhomme put up a lot of yards last week, but their offense did all of it in their end of the field.
