The nba is the only sport other than football where numerous rookies can actually make an impact. I've looked around, and can't seem to find any site like this one for the nba draft, with rankings and mock drafts and such. Anyone know of any.

realgm.com forums and draftexpress.com are good sites for basketball
Hoopshype.com is kind of like this. They have a forum but its hardly as active. I have an account on there.

what about for the MLB draft?
No one cares about the MLB draft. No other league has a higher bust rate for their 1st round picks than MLB.
