Who are the best OG's that are likely to be available in the 2010 draft?

Mike Johnson??Jeff Byers from USC?? I really don't know.

Are their any good underclassmen Offensive Guards that may leave school early or are worth keeping an eye on?

What about any 2010 Tackles that could be possibly moved to OG in the NFL?

Thanks.

Mike Iupati is the cream of the crop

Thanks.

I've heard people talk about Rodney Hudson some.

I'm wondering if the Texans may looks to draft an OG somewhere in their next draft.

How has John Jerry looked this year? I was hoping that Chicago would get their hands on either him or Sergio Render.

Mike Johnson, Alabama G. i think this years Max Unger (Seattle 2nd rd pick).Versatile enough to play guard or tackle.

Rodney Hudson is solid but his size really concerns me. Listed at 6'2" 290 which means he's likely 6'1" 280. Seems limited to the ZBS

Iupati is the #1 guy but I also really like what I've seen from Illinois' Jon Asamoah. He's my #2 guy at this point.

+1

Good lineman. Really solid OL prospect.

We moved him from RT to RG last week and he was dominant, with Bobbie Massie getting the start at RT. Jerry showed he is purely a guard and he was a complete beast there, now that he is in his natural position I would definitely keep an eye on him.

With out a doubt Iupati is the best guard in this draft.

Another name is Shawn Lauvao, Arizona State. Scott I believe really likes him and he's got the athleticism to be playing left tackle for the Sun Devils this year. More then likely a guard prospect though. Same mold as Iupati.

Maurkice Pouncey Florida JR
Thomas Claiborne Boston College JR

The two could go out and easily be some of the top if not the top two guards drafted.

Brandon Carter of Texas Tech also has to be considered as well.

I remember when I was talking about how underrated Asamoah was, and you were about the only one who agreed...well, he's getting first round grades by more and more people (Including Kiper, the Sporting News, etc.)....

If Iupati is the top, when does he go in the draft? Early 2nd?

Byers from USC is extremely legit in pass pro and run blocking.

I can only find 5 guys who were guards in college since 2000 to go in round 1, not a lot.

Steve Hutchinson
Kendall Simmons
Logan Mankins
Davin Joseph
Ben Grubbs

You can decide i guess if those were worthy picks.
