He finished the year with..

66 tackles

9.5 sacks

18 tackles for a loss

4 forced fumbles

10 quarterback hurries

1 punt block

1 62 yard punt return touchdown

Size: 6'3 282
Production: See above

He plays the run well (see 66 tackles)
He rushes the quarterback (see 9.5 sacks, 10 quarterback hurries)
He's sneaky (see four forced..fumbles)

Is this one of the best DE pro prospects, regardless of class?

I'm thinking so.

OMIT my Hawkeye allegiance.

I do not see how he is underrated. The kid is easily a top five defensive end in this years draft if he comes out early. He is big and can fit in a 3/4 defense or can play in a regular 4/3. There is not much to not like about him and still question how he is underrated.

I don't think he's underrated purely because I don't think he comes out. I see both he and cameron heyward coming out next year and both being top 20 picks whereas now neither are considered sure fire first rounders this year. So in that regard he could be underrated.
