Kindle is perfect for the Pats in the first, that is one of our best case scenarios.

However, you gave us 3 DB's in the second round and we don't really need help there now. Give us OL, DE, WR, or a versatile and explosive RB.

I didn't realize I did that. Take a look now.

I'd take that for B-lo
Davis-Levitre-Wood-Iupati-Butler line would be great

11 San Francisco 49ers - Terrence Cody, DT, 6-5, 368, Alabama
Aubrayo Franklin has been a dominant NT for over a year now.

13 San Francisco 49ers (from CAR) - Trent Williams, OT, 6-5, 305, Oklahoma
I suppose he might be necessary with all of the OT's you have staying in school but Trent Williams' feet really scare me. The revolving door at RT for the 49ers has been players that struggle stopping speed rushers. I'm not sold that Williams would be any different.

43 San Francisco 49ers - George Selvie, DE/OLB, 6-4, 242, South Florida

Wow, Selvies' even scarier in his inconsistencies than thier last pick. I don't see how any team could take George Selvie when Brandon Graham is still on the board.

My thoughts exactly. Some might say that would be going to heavy on the OL, and maybe it would be from a salary cap standpoint. None the less, that would be a very solid young OL and that's where it all starts.

Yeah I agree. But there's no denying Sam Bradford has a very, very good chance to become a Redskin. Somewhat ironic him being a Native American.

Maybe so, but this pick could happen. Who knows what Al Davis will do. Actually, everybody knows what Al Davis will do. He'll make a high profile, controversial pick that likely backfires. I'm not playing GM here, I'm trying to predict what will/could happen.

Then take the CB with the fastest projected 40 time. He's due for one of those.

And the 49ers already have publicly committed to Franchising him if they don't reach an extension agreement.

It's difficult to say with all of the Underclassmen you have returning to school, but I suppose the most effective selection of the players still on the board would probably be Joe Haden. I don't necessarily think CB is a 1st round priority but if the cards fell the way they do in your mock, he's probably who I would select.

I estimate the 49ers would save between $4-5 million against the cap and have a player who is 8 years younger if they let Franklin go and drafted Cody. That $4-5 million could allow them to sign a big name free agent.

Kind of a bad Chiefs mock. One of our biggest needs, by far, is OL and you don't have us addressing it in the first three picks? And no thanks to Taylor Mays. I don't want him in KC at all. OL or Dez Bryant would be a much better pick. I'd even rather reach a bit on Terrance Cody than take Mays.

I'm not sure where to start, but Brandon Graham or Jason Fox would be much better picks in the second.

Maybe in the 2nd or 3rd and I wouldnt mind it. DT or OT in the 1st. I like Jason Fox more than Ciron Black

S. Kindle is a great pick for the Pats.
J. Fox is another stud.
I don't like the S pick. We have 4 quality Safeties.(McGowan,Chung,Merriweather and Sanders)
Dex M is a great pick. He'll contribute in special teams and as a scat back

i dont think theres a very very good chance. a chance sure but at this point i wouldnt even say its a good chance he will even go top 10. hes got a lot to prove with his injuries and to spend that kinda money on a guy with those injury issues and the recent history of guys with question marks at qb drafted early is likely to drop him of any of the qbs. and its glaring that the offensive line is hands down the biggest need on this team. not only do you no having the skins addressing that in the first round but the second too. awful awful mock.

Price and Sergio Render help us alot more than a OLB and TE who fill no needs. Although i like Weatherspoon and believe if he was put in MLB in our system he'd do well, he wont do anything with an awful DT corps and offense not being able to run the ball.

I like Brandon Spikes but he's a MLB, not a position of need for the falcons. The leading tackler in the NFL is curtis lofton, and he's the falcons young MLB who they spent a second rounder on last year, and their best defensive player.

Well do you expect Jason Campbell to be back next season? The overwhelming majority doesn't think he will be. Wouldn't that make the need for a QB trump the need on the OL? You said you feel Bradford will be taken in the top 10, so how is this such a bad pick from my standpoint?

I personally wouldn't draft Bradford that high, but I'm also not the Redskins GM/front office. My mock only reflects what I think migh and could happen. Not my personal opinions.

Go look at the Giants drafting history. They don't draft for need. They seek value. If you want to argue the value of the players I selected for them that's fine. But atleast understand the approach your team takes in the draft.

No, I said I think the chances are high that he will NOT be taken in the top 10. Simply way too many concerns with injury and a 2-3 year transition from the spread offense. With Campbell, it will depend imo on the cap situation. If the nfl goes uncapped than Campbell becomes a RFA in which case he either stays another year or is traded. I would suspect in the instance that he is traded it will be for another qb. And if he stays he gets another year to battle it out with Colt and i expect Colt to replace him by mid season.

Capped or Uncapped, I expect the skins to try and bring in someone via FA. Probably Marc Bulger (if released), Pennington, Culpepper, Vick, Leinart (if released), or even Troy Smith.

With or without Campbell, the o-line is hands down the bigger need. We may have one of the worst o-lines in NFL history. I do believe in taking a franchise qb over oline if you are picking top 3-4 and you do not have a franchise qb BUT I also believe that there are NO franchise qbs in this draft worthy of that consideration.

man did you drink the kool aid on hot wideouts this year. lafell has been disappointing and while tate is good he is not first round good. no way tebow goes that high he is 2 or 3 years away his throwing motion is awful and this is coming from a die hard gator fan. no way mccoy goes that high and not a chance pike is a first rounder. and how do you have the best pass rusher in the draft and best running back not even in the first round in morgan and spiller

your friend is waaaay wrong. That makes zero sense. Curtis Lofton is a franchise MLB. He's not fast enough and can't cover to play OLB, and plus he's amazing right now inside, why ruin that? If they do end up drafting Spikes, then they'll play spikes outside, but they have much more important needs than a OLBer.
