Greetings and congrats to you!

We've no bad blood with Baltimore, so you're guaranteed a quintessential (almost COLLEGE FOOTBALL-esque) atmosphere to enjoy a classic Gridiron battle.

I am hoping to catch a Min-GB game next year hopefully. I've been to Lambeau, but just took the tour. Gotta see a game there. It's almost comparable to the storied Metrodome.

I made the trip to Lambeau 3 years ago and it was awesome. Fans were wonderful. It was a Jets-Packers game (sheer coincidence) and I was there in a Giants jacket and told everyone I was rooting for the Pack and they embraced me. One guy saw my grandpa in his Notre Dame jacket, struck up convo, and bought him a beer. It was one of the best experiences of my life. have fun ERU! (sadly, the Pack lost) it was -3 wind chill too! haha.
AND you get to see Raymell baby in person!!! <3

I go to Arrowhead in K.C. every year to watch a game, it's an amazing tailgating experience for sure. I have been up to Lambeau Field twice, not on a game day but during mini-camps and once just during the summer and took a tour of the stadium. I can't wait to get a chance to go up there to watch a game some day as I live in MO.

to Scotty - I get to see Raymell baby every sunday in person when they play at home!!

Here is a question for all.....

Lets say Im Ravens from the neck down but rockin a Cheesehead, does that violate fan rules?

I think you'll be fine with the cheesehead, nothing wrong with it

Yea there is no bad blood with the Packers so a cheese head wouldn't hurt. As long as you aren't cheering when they score on us

Ah, sounds like a fun couple days. So, ya have it all planned out allready?

If ya need some tips, just say the word.

As far as the cheesehead...it's turning into a way to identify the locals from the tourists. Won't get ya any hostility....Just a lot of "hey, look another fan of an opponent spent $12 on a foam cheese head." :)

yeah, no bad blood, but lately, a Packer fan seeing purple is the same as a bull seeing red. so, wear a road jersey. :)

Give me tips, aka good sports bar in case we feel like goin out Sunday night when we get there.

Well, the Stadium area is Sports Bar City. Stadium View, The Bar, Tom, Dick and Harry's, Anduzzi's. All within walking distance of the Stadium.

If you're feeling ambitious and don't care about going to a sports bar, and really want a good meal and fantastic beer, go downtown to Titletown Brewing Company.

As for the Stadium area places.

-If ya like wings, go to The Bar on Holmgren Way (The Bar is actually the name of the place). Really good wings. It's a fun place. Very open. Huge TVs. Good beer selection and from what I hear, very quality mixed drinks. But, I cannot say enough good things about the wings.

Tom, Dick and Harry's is a newer place. I went there once and would give it the drowe stamp of approval. If ya want some great Wisconsin menu options, this is the place for you. It's also the only one in this area that's smoke free if that's important to you. They also have a food challenge. eat a 2 foot bratwurst topped with fried onions, onions and french fries and get a hat....and immobilizing gas pains. But, they have other great options too...including the Sheboygan Bratwurst Pizza.

-Stadium View and Anduzzi's are pretty similar. Both just thrive on game days.

-Also, if you want to be a generic loser, there's a Hooter's and Buffalo Wild Wings in the area too.

I expect a full write up when ya get back.

I will give a play by play once I get back (pictures included), Im liking the sound of the Sheboygan Bratwurst Pizza, and of course anytime Wings are great I love it! I appreciate the info Drowe thank ya very much sir!

I like Stadium View but if I was you and got hungry I'd run to Tilted Kilt. The place blows Hooters out of the water. Definitely worth checking out.

Agree. No one should plan a trip to Green Bay with Tilted Kilt in it. Grew up in GB and only had it once and didn't hate it or anything, but that's not the Green Bay experience you should be shooting for with so many better options out there like the ones listed above.

My overall favorite is The Bar.

who knew I'd drive to Wisconsin in December and the worst part of the drive would be PA on the way back. That **** was scurry! Ice all over the roads but got back into Bmore around 3 am tuesday night. Great trip other than the play of some Ravens, Ill have some pictures up a little later and talk more about the trip.

that really sucks that ya had a drunk asshole near ya. I was by some Ravens fans and they were good people. When Flacco threw the inexcusable INT in the endzone, i said something like "i didn't know brett favre was a Raven." they laughed and we chatted a little.

Some fans aren't worth it...But you are officially my favorite non-Packer fan alive today. Over or uner 2.5 hours stuck in the parking lot after the game?

When I went to the Dallas-Geen Bay game we didn't move until 2 hours after the game, and then highway trip JUST to Oshkosh took over an hour. Worth it because they won, but I can't imagine making a trek after a deflating loss.

To be honest the worst part was after we were out of the parking lot, we followed our GPS because we didnt know where we were obviously, and our GPS took us right into traffic. Thinking back we should have just drove around and tried to figure out a better way, but since we're from Baltimore where you get lost in the city could be curtains we decided to stay in traffic. If we would have gotten lost in Green Bay somebody would have probably loaned us their house for the night.....I really cant stress enough just how amazingly pleasant Green Bay people are. Prior to the game people were comin up to us and not saying "You suck" or "**** you and **** the Ravens" they were saying "have fun" or "welcome to Wisconsin" or "good luck tonight"...unbelievable. And after the game people were like "Thanks for coming out to Wisconsin" "Did you enjoy your time here?". If I could find a job in Green Bay I'd move there tomorrow.
