looks like Lane Kiffin thinks Berry is gonna leave the Vols to go pro but Berry isnt saying anything official until after the Chick Fil A Bowl. But some intereseting notes from article:
-Berry's decision is "kind of made"
-Kiffin isnt going to try and talk him into coming back
-Kiffin infact said seize the opportunity

Berry would be very dumb if he stayed.

agreed, definitely makes sense to go pro. hasnt been this much hype about a safety coming out of college since Sean Taylor back in 04 imo.

No surprise....theres really nothing for him to stay at Tenn over.

I think the Chiefs pick him up at number 3.

No surprise, pretty much a top 5 lock.

Smart decision if he does. Case in point: Taylor Mays came back for senior season and his stock has dropped really low compared to what it was last year.

This year seems to be the Defense is the Cream-of-the-Crop coming out and 2011 looks to have Offense being the Cream-of-the-Crop.

I don't think he's a lock for the top 5 as some team will pass him up for a need pick and reach for someone as it seems like that every year. I wouldn't mind at all if he was to drop wherever the Browns end up picking:p

What crystal ball did Kiffin need to see to figure that big mystery out??

Berry may be the best prospect at ANY position heading into the 2010 draft.

Time to get paid.

Could maybe possibly be the #2 Overall Pick if Suh goes to the Rams.

I can't see him going top 3, the value of picking a safety that high isn't there with the depth of talent at the position.

But there's little question in my mind he's firmly entrenched in the top 7.

I am kind of on board with this. That is just so so much money to pay a safety. However I still couldn't blame Tampa or Cleveland or whoever is around 3 or 4.

I would have no problems with Detroit taking him number 2.

And that is even with Suh on the board.
