I recommend doing management (especially if it's in business school). Perhaps when you go to law school you can focus on business law.

I'm currently a Journalism Major with a minor in African American Studies and History at Univ. WI-Oshkosh. I write a weekly sports spot in our school's newspaper, which isn't much of a job but it's a start I suppose. Still, I feel stuck in the endless chasm that is school...blah.

I'm transferring to UW-Eau Claire in the fall for my last year and graduation to live with my sister and save some money. I'm realistic, so I know lucking into my dream sports writing job is highly unlikely, but hopefully I can start a career in a bigger city outside of Wisconsin in the next couple of years.

I'm getting my teaching license in history, so that will be my fall back plan even though social studies is already stocked full of teachers in this area.

Currently at Ohio State for Athletic Training with minor in Medicine Studies.

I'll actually be working for the Ohio State athletics next year as an intern trainer (hello resume!). Not sure what sport(s) i'm doing yet, but I'm aiming at football (obviously) for Fall Sport, then Hockey during the Winter. I find out during the summer.

After I graduate, I plan on find a job as either an athletic trainer or working small time for a school or sports team as an assistant trainer while I eventually go somewhere for my Masters.

Things are clearly very different over there if all you guys have jobs.

I would say that 90% of you guys have done/are doing the degrees that don't lead to jobs over here, they are the types of degrees that people go to uni to have fun with and then end up not using, which I totally wish I had done ;)

Personally went to the University of Western Australia(the top uni here) and received a bachelor of commerce(essentially business) majoring in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting and Management Accounting with a minor in marketing, yes it is as boring as it sounds.

I now work as an accountant, which I guess pays well and has about as good a job security as you can get, but god it is boring and painful to do. Hoping to head back to school, preferably in the USA with the idea of studying Medicine.
