They have:

1. Mitch Mustain
2. Matt Stafford
3. Tim Tebow
4. Pat Devlin
5. Juice Williams
6. Alex Cate
7. Jake Locker
8. Jevan Snead
9. Zach Frazer
10. Neil Caudle

They rated them as QB prospects for college I would assume without reading but for the NFL.

No, no poor Mitch Mustain. Him, his parents and his fellow recruits' parents played games throughout their recruitment, then started threatening Arkansas cause they wouldn't get PT as true freshmen. Then Mustain made the stupidest decision he ever could have made (as if he hadn't done dumb things already) and left to a SC team that was already stacked at the QB position.

True that. He's made those bad things happen (or his dad has).

I don't even know what's happened to a couple of those guys are on the list!
