my computer has 43 viruses, i need some program that can delete these without costing me any money, +rep multiple times. HURRY!

AVG is probably your best bet....however if your already infected it's probably to late. Backup what you can and start from scratch is the most effective way.

Windows also has a good free virus scan now you could look into that.

I use avast antivirus for free. Bitdefender also works well.
For the Spyware, MalwareBytes anti-malware is money.
