ROUND 1

1 St Louis Rams ----- Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame

I know I'm going to catch some flack for this but JC is one of the best QB prospects to go pro in recent years. For part of the reason why I'm saying this:LINK (http://www.walterfootball.com/mattblog091229.php). St Louis needs a new face to the franchise and basicly just needs to start over. People saying they need to wait for Mallet or Locker. Who knows they certain that they are even in a position to draft those guys next time around. When you can have a good shot at fixing the most important position in football you should just do it.

2 Detroit Lions --------- Ndamukong Suh, DT, Nebraska
3 Tampa Bay Bucs ----- Gerald McCoy, DT, Oklahoma
4 Washington Skins ---- Russel Okung, OT, Oklahoma State
5 Kansas City Chiefs --- Rolando McClain, ILB, Alabama
6 Seattle Seahawks ---- Eric Berry, S, Tennessee
7 Cleveland Browns ---- Joe Haden, CB, Florida
8 Oakland Raiders ------ Jason Pierre-Paul, DE South Florida
9 Buffalo Bills ---------- Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma
10 Denver Broncos ----- Dez Bryant, WR, Oklahoma State
11 Jacksonville Jaguars - Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech
Tough pick with the board that is remaining but the only other value is @ OT.

12 Miami Dolphins ------ Sergio Kindle, OLB, Texas
13 San Francisco 49ers - Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers
14 Seattle Seahawks --- Bryan Bulaga, OT, Iowa
15 New York Giants ----- Taylor Mays, S, USC
16 Tennessee Titans ---- Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida
17 San Fransisco 49ers -- Earl Thomas, S, Texas
18 Pittsburgh Steelers --- Trent Williams, OT, Oklahoma
19 Atlanta Falcons ------ Sean Weatherspoon, OLB, Missouri
20 Houston Texans ------ Brian Price, DT, UCLA
21 Cincinnati Bengals ---- Jermaine Gresham, TE, Oklahoma
22 New England Pats ---- Brandon Graham, OLB, Michigan
23 Green Bay Packers --- Mike Iupati, OG, Idaho
24 Philadelphia Eagles --- Brandon Spikes, LB, Florida
25 Baltimore Ravens ----- Arrelious Benn, WR, Illinois
26 Arizona Cardinals ----- CJ Spiller, RB, Clemson
Yeah it might be quite some money in one position but CJ will be a perfect compliment to Beanie and will further help the transitioning to Leinart. Cards can go full saints approach on offense by just flat out bringing more weapons than ANY opponent can cover.

27 Dallas Cowboys ------- Golden Tate, WR/PR, Notre Dame
BTW Id hate this, would be tough to be not to root for GT but also tough to root for anyone in a cowboys uni ;), do think the fit would be really good though.

28 San Diego Chargers ---- Jahvid Best, RB, California
Very good fit, will further put attention on the chargers passing game but will put a lot of pressure on opposing D's.

29 New York Jets -------- Jerry Hughes, OLB, TCU
30 Minnesota Vikings ----- Dan Williams, NT, Tennessee
31 Indianapolis Colts ----- Jared Odrick, DT, PSU
32 Superbowl Champions New Orleans Saints Everson Griffen, DE, USC

ROUND 2

33 St. Louis Rams ------ Kyle Wilson, CB, Boise State
34 Detroit Lions -------- Bruce Campbell, OT, Maryland
35 Tampa Bay Bucs ---- Brandon LaFell, WR, LSU
36 Kansas City Chiefs -- Chad Jones, S, LSU
37 Washington Redskins Vladimir Ducasse, OL, Massachussets
38 Cleveland Browns ----Damian Williams, WR, USC
39 Oakland Raiders ----- Terrence Cody, DT, Alabama
40 Seattle Seahawks --- Perrish Cox, CB, Oklahoma State
41 Buffalo Bills ---------- Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida
42 New England Patriots Ricky Sapp, OLB, Clemson
43 Miami Dolphins ------- Demaryius Thomas, WR, Georgia Tech
44 Tampa Bay Bucs ------ Patrick Robinson, CB, Flroida State
45 Denver Broncos ---- Corey Wootton, DE, Northwestern
46 New York Giants ---- Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Georgia Tech
47 Carolina Panthers ---- Greg Hardy, DE, Ole Miss
48 New England Patriots - Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati
49 San Francisco 49ers -- Arthur Jones, DT, Syracuse
50 Kansas City Chiefs ---- Eric Norwood, OLB, USCEast
51 Houston Texans ------ Nate Allen, S, South Florida
52 Pittsburgh Steelers --- Maurkice Pouncey, C, Florida
53 New England Patriots - Tim Tebow, QB, Florida
54 Cincinnati Bengals ---- Morgan Burnett, S, Georgia Tech
55 Philadelphia Eagles ---- Rob Gronkowski, TE, Arizona
56 Green Bay Packers ---- Ryan Matthews, RB, Fresno State
57 Baltimore Ravens ------ Dominique Franks, CB, Oklahoma
58 Arizona Cardinals ------ Rodger Saffold, OG, Indiana
59 Dallas Cowboys ------- Navorro Bowman, OLB, PSU
60 San Diego Chargers --- Charles Brown, OT, USC
61 New York Jets --------- Kareem Jackson, CB, Alabama
62 Minnesota Vikings ------ Larry Asanthe, S, Nebraska
63 Indianapolis Colts ------ Koa Misi, DE, Utah
64 New Orleans Saints ---- Darryl Washington, LB, TCU

Pats mock is pretty good. With R.Sapp getting taken in the 2nd I'd hope the Pats would take Iutapi or CJ Spiller in the 1st
Gilyard is too similiar to B.Tate who we drafted last year.
A.Jones DT/DE would be a better pick there to add some much needed depth
OL/TE/CB would be better picks then Tebow- though I can see it happening

Wouldn't be surprised by this. We took DHB and Michael Mitchell in the first 2 rounds. Wouldn't completely hate Cody in the 2nd but I think there is better talent like Kareem Jackson, Pouncey would be be an immediate upgrade and even Greg Hardy as well. In the first I would prefer Anthony Davis.

ROUND 1

9 Buffalo Bills ---------- Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma

13 San Francisco 49ers - Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers
14 Seattle Seahawks --- Bryan Bulaga, OT, Iowa

ROUND 2

41 Buffalo Bills ---------- Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida
42 New England Patriots Ricky Sapp, OLB, Clemson
43 Miami Dolphins ------- Demaryius Thomas, WR, Georgia Tech
48 New England Patriots - Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati
50 Kansas City Chiefs ---- Eric Norwood, OLB, USCEast

Bradford is alright in regards to the need, but with the weather in Buffalo, not sure he is the best fit, especially in regards to his arm strength, and injury issues with no LT in place. Davis is the better fit IMO.
Hernandez makes little sense in that Nelson had a good year, and improved, Fine improved, Schouman played well, and TE is far from a priority on the team especially in the second, and with a 3-4 defense to put together as well. WR is a bigger need offensively, Sapp would fit in perfectly at OLB opposite Maybin and be a good value, as would Norwood IMO.

With what's left on the board for the Phins at #12, Kindle would be a great pick! It would make me a little upset though to see Berry, McClain, Morgan, Pierre-Paul, Haden and Bryant all come off the board before our pick.

Thomas is a fantastic pick in the 2nd. Big fan of that pick!

22 New England Pats ---- Brandon Graham, OLB, Michigan

42 New England Patriots Ricky Sapp, OLB, Clemson

48 New England Patriots - Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati

53 New England Patriots - Tim Tebow, QB, Florida

I love it.

2 OLBs would be great. Banta-Cain and Pierre Woods are not starting NFL material and Adalius' return is questionable, at best.

Gilyard would be an instant upgrade to the Pats' anemic return game. And even if his skill set is similar to Tate, NE needs two outside WRs to complement Welker down the road. Moss can't play forever and I'd rather have two WRs both at or past the heralded year 3 mark when Randy hangs up the cleats.

Brown as the RT of the future, Gronk at TE, Matthews at RB or Asamoah at G would all be better than Tebow. But I certainly understand the Tebow pick with all the recent hype about NE being "very interested" even if I do think it's a smokescreen. I'd even be accepting if we took him with that last pick, assuming we nab 2 OLBs like this draft.

Very good 1st round Vikings pick, 2nd is good as well, but Asante is an in the box S, and I think he might struggle in the cover 2. Reshad Jones would be a better fit there.

why in the world would the Giants take Dwyer round 2?

I think that the giants lost some of their swag with the loss of the third pronge of the three pronged attack. Combine that with awesome value and the fact that jacobs might be losing his edge and thats about all

Mike Brown will more then likely will not take a TE in the 1st

Benn in the 1st

Gronkowski in 2nd

very solid vikings draft, but i agree with marshallb, i think jones would be a better fit for the vikings.

lol i cant see us drafting a 2nd 1st round rb, especially with such big holes at olb and lt

I really can't see Hernandez to the Bills in the 2nd. Charles Brown would be a dream pick right there,

bigger holes at DL, LB, OL and Safety to pick a RB...especially with Bradshaw, Jacobs, Ware and the now suddenly forgotten Andre Brown...
plus we're becoming more of a passing team. Andwhere we really lost our edge is defense...

Replace Brandon LaFell with one of the other receivers or a DE and I'd like that Bucs mock.

Give us Ducasse over Jones for the Chiefs and that's pretty close to perfect.

That would suck harder than the Knicks supposedly offering Jordan Hill and a future pick just to get rid of Jared Jeffries, maybe not really but our run D would.

QUOTE]

Hmm... Weaker armed QB with Injury concerns playing behind a Oline with nothing at LT to speak of, in Buffalo weather where the need is for a strong armed QB who's throws are not taken away by the wind... No I think I would rather have the mauling left tackle with nimble feet (Yes, Davis). QB is a position of need but IMO Davis is ten times the value of Bradford for Buffalo.
Hernandez doesnt fit the Bill at all (pun intended), cant block, short, no pro style experience, Nelson improved at TE last year, and TE is not a need that early in the draft, nor is it a priority in general for the Bills. 3-4 OLB is, LT, NT (among others) are but TE is not worth that high of a pick, and does not help the team address its true issues, or win games next season. This scenerio leaves Buffalo with a broken QB by mid season, with a gaping hole at LT still, a 3-4 missing vital pieces, and a undersized TE who makes no impact what so ever in the current offense...
