Id like to get some thoughts on him, hes a guy ive always liked since his freshman year despite being buried on the LSU depth chart by some stud linemen like dorsey, RJF and Jackson. I think hes got some good NT potential in the 4th roundish. Hes never really gotten a great chance but i think he could be one of the players that is better utilized in the pros than in the SEC. Hes never really been overly impressive but he doenst play a flashy position.

Im no LSU fan but ive always had a soft spot for LSU linemen....idk why

Thoughts?

Might get drafted, but just as likely may not.

Decent developmental guy...possibly a long term NT in either scheme, but has to get in shape. Don't really trust LSU guys for some reason...never really as good as advertise, but I guess Woods hasn't really been advertised.

Him and Keiland Williams might actually end up better pros than college players...

thats how i feel about penn state guys haha

i definitely thought woods would have a better college career, but the fact that he didnt will make him fall alot but hes a pretty good athlete and carries his weight pretty well....for a 5 star DT coming out of HS he was a big disappointment but battled injuries and some serious talent on the depth chart. id like the steelers to take a chance on him, im not saying hes going to be haloti ngata but hes got some potential at both NT and 34end imo. like you said though, a nice developmental guy

Lawlz, that's why I think Odrick is a 3rd rounder.

There's a few guys like Woods in this draft...Kade Weston falls into this category...Linval Joseph...Jay Ross....Troup?...

boo robinson has just fallen completely off alot of radars too, hes not quite a NT prospect but went from being talked about a ton to nothing at all.

odrick is a solid 34 end as far as he goes physically, but hes no first round 34 end like seymour, spears, jackson, allen baily (next year). i think hes a project...i see fail more than i see stud, but thats just my penn state mind set talking, hes already a better 34 end than evander hood lol
