As much as I hate Mt. McKinnie, that isn't a good Vikes pick.

yikes, the patriots in round one probably would not pass on spiller or JPP. I love the Spikes pick, and the wooten pick, but i personally think wooten is a late second round prospect.

I understand that Spiller would be very hard to pass up, but I just fell in love with Graham there. I think he is a perfect fit for the Pats and would really flourish there. Of course they could get a Jerry Hughes ir Ricky Sapp in round 2.

personally i would be ok with matthews but the reality is that shanahan does not typically draft rbs that early.

Benn is a good pick but Hernandez is a horriable pick he has the same skill set as Coffman as being a pass catcher but cant block.

Give us Burnett or Reshad Jones

Wow, that's a fantastic Chiefs draft. Good job.

You got the positions right, but I would prefer Sergio Kindle and Demaryius Thomas instead. They would both be much better fits. Kindle already has experience at OLB and Thomas is that big, physical type WR that we need.

Arthur Jones is better suited for a 3-4 defense IMO.

13. SF: Sergio Kindle OLB-Texas
16. SF: Trent Williams OT-Oklahoma
49. SF: Patrick Robinson CB-Florida St

With the 49ers pursuing FA Travis Laboy this week, I believe it is unlikely the 49ers are targeting an OLB highly. Every indication (although anything can happen) is that they are very happy with their 3-man rotation of Manny Lawson, Ahmad Brooks, and Parys Haralson.

Reasoning for the Jaguars passing on Clausen?

Round 1
9. BUF: Bryan Bulaga (Jr.) OT-Iowa
11. DEN: Jimmy Clausen (Jr.) QB-Notre Dame
41. BUF: Terrance Cody NT-Alabama

Good Bills picks, although I am not sure that they would pass over Clausen for Bulaga IMO, but if the Bills came out of the draft with a combination of Bulaga or Clausen and Cody in the first two rounds I would classify it as a win :) Either way nice job for the bills, as LT, QB, and NT are the top three priorities in my book!!

what he said. i dont think Morgan would be very good in a 3-4 and Gilyard is too similar to what we already have.

To be quite honest I don't particuraly like Clausen. If I were a GM then I would not be excited to draft him. For the Jaguars I think it's better to build on what they have on offense, which is Monroe, Britton, Jones-Drew, and Garrard. If they want to compete with offensses like the Colts, Texans, and Rams then they need a big time WR. The only reason I have Denver taking Clausen is that I really think they need a QB to be a contender.

Well, I can honestly say I've never seen that Vikings pick, and I hated it. OT is not a need, and i can't see us taking an OT early. McKinnie isn't that bad, and the team likes him too much as well as owes him too much to draft an OT in the 1st. I'd love Washington in the 2nd if we drafted a S in the 1st, but OLB is not that big of a need.

The Eric Berry pick is good, but you gave us a DT that is best suited for a 3-4 defense and a questionable injury plagued WR.

Washington would be a good pick in the second. But not Brown in the first. Gresham would have been a sexy pick there since you obviously see him falling.

I like Earl Thomas, but at 15 we shouldn't reach on a little guy like him when big boys like Dan Williams and Brian Price are still on the board. And the second rounder is terrible, CB is way down our list of needs unless Ross gets moved to FS in which case Earl Thomas is made a bad pick.

As a few Viking fans have already stated OT isn't a first round need this year. Brian Price DT UCLA would be the best choice at #30 in this situation. I Love the 2nd round pick of Washington, unfortunatly I don't think he will fall that far.
