I'm on the Tate over Benn boat, but getting Nate Allen in the 2nd makes me not care which one we get. :D

Not sure why the Niners would take Weatherspoon....

But the eagles mock isnt bad, wouldnt mind seeing Dwyer in the 2nd round.

If we go safety in the first round, and Berry is gone, I would prefer Earl Thomas. He can actually cover. Demaryius Thomas is a great pick in the 2nd.

yeah, Weatherspoon probably isn't a good fit in a 3-4... especially not when the Mike spot is already filled by Patrick Willis. I'm not exactly crazy about JPP either, but I guess that's a little more realistic.

I'm with the other two OP about the 9ers pick , not to thrilled what so ever . IF we pick D fence get earl thomas who should be there for each pick and take a top 10 guy for O line where we need help the most. Boo at the Tebow . I DON"T want him going to NE that is just wack and un called for lol . But other then that interesting draft .

Decent KC mock, but giving us Hughes over Cody would make it a lot better.

Round 1:
9. Buffalo Bills - Bryan Bulaga, OT
18. Pittsburgh Steelers - Anthony Davis, OT

Round 2:

41. Buffalo Bills - Jahvid Best, RB

47. New England Patriots - Tim Tebow, QB/TE/FB
53. New Enlgand Patriots - Brandon Spikes, ILB
56. Green Bay Packers - Ricky Sapp, OLB
61. New York Jets - Cam Thomas, NT

Round one is alright, Bulaga would not be the end of the world, although my personal preference would be Anthony Davis, but that is me.
The second round is quite interesting, to say the least... We have Marshawn Lynch who we just picked in the first round a couple years ago, and Fred Jackson who was our best offensive player last year. Best is a fine player, but outside of corner and safety, running back is probably the deepest position on the field for Buffalo, and even though I dont like it, Tebow makes more sense, Thomas would be a reach, but makes sense, Spikes and Sapp make sense as well, and offer better value, filling needs. My guess in this situation is that they take Tebow

spikes is the best pick on here you have for the pats. odrick fits, i just dont see a lot of value at 22, personally. i guess tebow could happen. overall, i can see ur draft happening, i just personally wouldnt like it lol

Very nice eagles draft, would make our defense pretty damn good.

37. Washington Redskins - Ryan Matthews, RB

40. Seattle Seahawks - Charles Brown, OT
44. New England Patriots - Jerry Hughes, OLB
45. Denver Broncos - Maurkice Pouncey, C

This seems to be a popular pick recently. I like Matthews as a prospect but I just dont think that Shanahan is going to go RB this early. It looks like they want Willie Parker and if so, I think that given Shanahans history, he is more likely to go after a rb in the later part of the draft that fits his system. He has been notorious in the past drafting RBs late. I think the guys I kept listed above are more likely scenarios.

I'd be ok with that dolphins draft but I think Thomas might be a better fit since he has better coverage skills and we need a FS that can cover.

Decent KC mock, but giving us Hughes over Cody would make it a lot better.

I gave the chifs Hughes in my last mock. I was thinking about doing it again, but i thought since i gave you guys Berry for your pass D, i'd give you a ''real'' NT for your run D.

I know Thomas is the better safety, but i just see a team overdrafting Mays for his combine performance.

no way we reach on a QB in the 2nd, 100% sure of that. Wouldn't mind Cam Thomas or Kareem Jackson

Please, explain why you gave Baltimore a SS. DO you think Landry is going somewhere? Even if he does, Zbikowski would slide over to his natural position.

Not a fan of the Vikes draft. Think it is a reach on Lee, and I still am not sold on McCourtney.

44. New England Patriots - Jerry Hughes, OLB

**** Tim Tebow. Make that pick Dwyer, Saffold, LaFell, hell Ben Tate if you'd like . . .

Then it would be a nice draft. :D

Would rather have players you have going right after the 49er picks - Spiller and Davis - in the 1st.

Edit: I also thought the name of your mock read "I" am Mock !!! not "1". Just thought I'd share that. Good day.

Denver will NOT take Dan Williams. No No NO way. They already have buffed up there D line in free agency. Rolando Mclain will be the pick

We can trade because I would rather have Taylor Mays on the Texans and have him back with his old teammate in Cushing.

I'm not sure why people still see a big distinction between MIKE and TED in a 3-4. I think that in a 3-4 BOTH ILB's need to be able to play sideline-to-sideline, take on blockers north-south, as well as drop into coverage. The thought of the TED needing to be a big "thumper" is so over-dramaticized it's not funny. Bart Scott is the poster-boy as a 3-4 TED the last few years and he is all over the field. Yes, some teams are more scheme specific but the 49ers aren't one of them. Takeo Spikes was a dominant 4-3 WILL and MIKE for years before eventually playing exceptionally well as a 3-4 TED for the 49ers.

49ers GM Scot McCloughan nearly added Jerod Mayo, Curtis Lofton, and Rey Maualuga to play alongside Patrick Willis. Now, with Takeo entering his 13th season, I wouldn't be suprised to see the 49ers adding a player of Weatherspoon's caliber.

Decent overall mock for Denver, though I think Williams is a reach. McClain is the better value. Pouncey in the 2nd is awesome.
