I say yes, but she needs to have that matriarch personality.

I don't see why not. You don't have to have a dick to coach or play football.

Sounds like the plot of a porn movie.

Who knows, maybe they'll sweep the competition under the rug next season.

If a robot can coach a team to the Super Bowl, I say yes.

If a woman reaches the NFL she might have the second most feminine name behind Lovie.

As long as she is able to dust the competition.

I wonder how scotty feels about this...

I say maybe, its tough though because coaches are supposed to be inforcers and i personally wouldnt want to hear a woman scream at me because i get enough of that from my mom. But if she knows her stuff id have no problem with respecting her as a coach.

If Hayden Pennettiere was really like the character she played in Remember the Titans then I would let her coach the Texans.

The team she's taking over hasn't done so well recently but im sure she'll be able to sew some of the patches up and set things in order.

I say no, just from the experience I had playing football, I dont think no matter how a woman acts I could take her seriously as a coach, I'd question every bad move. God that sounds bad.

she played for the l.a. divas. or something for like 5 years.

she played a lot of receiver, although some say she was a natural tight end

I don't see the problem. Men can coach womens' teams so if a woman is qualified and has the respect of the boys/men and does a good job then there isn't any reason she shouldn't.

Now she's not really sexy to me so I could play for her, but if she was fine as **** with a sexy ass body I can see big problems due to concentration especially in HS. I sure as hell wouldn't of been able to focus if I wanted to **** my HS football coach.

Because no matter how much she might know about the game, high school age guys would never take her seriously. Right or wrong, that's just the way it is.

I never said anything about her being a good coach. Although for the record, I'm not particularly sold that her team would simply not respond.

I remember our starting MLB in HS was a chick, she was ******* mean too. Nobody on the team talked crap to her, that would have been unwise.

She played WR in a women's professional league. I bet her favorite route was a seam route.

My mum used to coach basketball when I was growing up, couldn't stand playing for her but she was a good coach in hindsight. My only problem as someone committed to winning and who was the best player was her "Give everyone a go" attitude. Sure it's good for the kids that suck, but for anyone who passed the first grade, whether they officially kept score or not everyone playing did.

That said, I could be somewhat of an overcompetitive SOB so that may be it also.

I see no reason that she can't other than stereotypes. If she has the knowledge she should be able to.

its a matter of respect. will the 13-18 year old boys respect a woman in that position.
she might try to overcompensate for it and become to hard nose about it and lose their respect. or she might be too lenient and get walked over.

Now, if she can fix a mean pot roast and bake some cupcakes...the offensive line will support her hell or high water.
