From a value and need perspective I think Gresham is better than Odrick. New England literally has no tight ends. That said, we need to replace Seymour/Green as well on the end and Odrick would probably be a solid starter, albeit not an impact player. One reason I'm warming to Odrick is because it does look like they might be able to get some nice tight ends outside of the first round though. Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez will probably be available in the second, and maybe Greg Olsen or Bo Scaife via trade as well. So, not a bad pick.

Ryan Matthews is sooooo dreamy. I'm more in favor of this pick than ever now that we have pick #40 instead of #60 in round 2. For sure one of the DTs will be there.
