Yesterday I was waiting for a call to give me the time for my job interview. Instead of just wasting that time away I made a list of players at each position, that are the only acceptable players for the Ravens to draft from said position. Don't care about how or when, these are just players at each position that can be Ravens, if your name is not on the list then sorry but you're not a Raven! Now many of you may notice some conflicts with Gresham being on the list and me recently saying I dont wanna draft Gresham at 25. I like Gresham but I don't necessarily think its the right move to take him at 25. And also I eliminated for the most part people who will be gone before 25.......and now to it...oh and this is not a ranking they are in a random order

You need to add some tightends.
- Rob Gronkowski: 2nd round
- Anthony McCoy: 2nd round
- Andrew Quarless: 4th round
- Colin Peek: 4th round
- Jeff Cumberland: 5th round: my personal favorite

Gronkowski is the only one of those who I'd even consider putting on my list, no thank you very much to the others.

Colin Peek is one heck of a run blocker. His only knock is that he cant catch. You have Heap, who is one of the best in the budiness, and Peek could help with running game.

Steve Maneri is the best blocking TE in this draft class.
I'd take him in the 6th.

A blocking TE would be nice but we run a lot of overload so a blocking TE isn't as important for us as it is for other power running teams.
