Sweet Pats mock, would have a TE over Dixon and Carrington over Wootton though.

Terrible first round pick for the Ravens, Jackson isn't worth a first round pick.

why would the cardinals draft 2 QBs and I think it would be a basic lock of AO-A fell to us in the 3rd

interesting skins mock. i love okung and i like mccourty but i think they are gonna roll with rogers, hall, tryon, and barnes and see if one of the youngsters steps up before they draft another early cb. barnes was just drafted 3rd rd last year and before his injury was a 1/2nd round prospect. i dont love or hate the jarrett brown pick but i would kinda prefer james starks. havent heard much on brown from skins camp.

32 . New Orleans - Maurkice Pouncey , C , Florida
Hate this pick, not great value, vastly overrated player iyam. Besides I cant see the saints picking an offensive player here. However youll get some saints fans who dont hate it but I do
64 . New Orleans - Sean Lee , OLB , Penn State
Not a great pick but a decent pick, good needwise but he is not great in value but the pick is okay
95 . New Orleans - Torell Troup , DT , Central Florida
troup should be nowhere near a 4-3 D, a pure 3-4 nose iyam
130 . New Orleans - James Starks , RB , Buffalo
to many needs to spend on such a luxury (4th rb). Certainly not on a prospect i dont like

22 . New England - Sergio Kindle , OLB , Texas

44 . New England (from Jacksonville) - Damian Williams , WR , USC

47 . New England (from Tennessee) - Corey Wootton , DE , Northwestern

53 . New England - Ricky Sapp , OLB , Clemson

119 . New England (from New England through Oakland) - Anthony Dixon , RB , Mississippi State

I like all of these picks by positional need and how they fit the schemes. I think Wootton can be a 5-tech and Kindle/Sapp both have the size to fit BBs "prototypical size" requirements.

With that said, I don't think NE can afford to take only 6th and 7th round TEs with only Alge Crumpler on the roster. With Kindle locked up at 22 the Sapp pick should probably be Gronkowski.

wow, totally missed that, had Pike elsewhere initially and switched him, changed to Arthur Jones

As for other comments, I have Kareem Jackson as the third CB and a top 25 value so I REALLY like that pick for the Ravens.

I have Jones as a 4th round value so I just added him as the replacement for Skelton since I accidentally gave the Cards two QBs.

Can't see the Lions passing on Best or Matthews at 34. RB is one of our biggest needs. Our LT, Jeff Backus, actually played fairly well last year. Don't mind Jerry in the 3rd, but BA CB would be more appropriate.

like the niners very good first three picks, would take Mitch Petrus with the
4th round pick. that would be an awesome draft.

For the Pats I really like how OLB was addressed with two athletic guys with decent size for the position in Kindle and Sapp. We need athletic pass rushers badly so those are nice picks.

I could deal with Damian Williams in the second. We need another weapon on offense and he could be a great compliment to Moss and Welker, he is a pretty polished receiver who can catch the ball and run routes. He is a little small but not too small and is a good athlete, I like.

Wooten may be more of a 4-3 end, it is a good position pick because we certainly need an end but I'm just not sure how well he fits. Vlad Ducasse is still available, that could be a nice pick.

Don't really like the Dixon pick. We have some runners who can pound the ball now, if we take a back I'd like to look at a replacement for Faulk in his mold. Arthur Jones and Anthony McCoy are both available, those might be better picks.

Good job overall.

Absolutely perfect first and 2nd Vikings picks, after that not so much. I'll admit I haven't seen hardly anything on Ansah, but I don't know how physical he is and how good of a tackler he is after having only 73 tackles in 44 games in college(according to his Scouting Report). And we don't need a TE, McCoy is ok value there, but Shiancoe has become a real good TE, and we have blocking backup in Kleinsasser, who has another 2 years on his contract I believe.
I'd be extremely happy with Clausen(who I don't see falling that far), Burnett, Troup/Joseph, and then the best available CB/RG/RB.

I'd rather Perrish Cox ahead of Spievey and a RB like McKnight/Blount/McCluster in the fourth. But other than that excellent Bucs draft.

i like the steelers 1st and 2nd. would take spiller over wilson normally, but with getting best in the 2nd i like it as long as best can somehow stay healthy haha. but then a TE in the 3rd is what i don't like. we are fine at TE. good job overall.

honestly TE isnt a need either, we need Defense, 3-4 OLB, ILB, NT, CB

Interesting Jets draft. Thomas is a nice fit but obviously a boom or bust guy, I'll be happy with the pick if they make it and understand if they pass on him.

Ghee could be as well but I would kind of prefer Burnett, similar value for you in this mock but at a position that has considerably more need. Ghee would add just another big corner and I think if the Jets need anybody at CB it would be a smaller, quicker guy who can hang with slot receivers. Burnett on the other hand could compete with Brodney Pool to start and seems to be a solid fit in the scheme.

Moats in the 4th I remember vaguely being a terror off the edge when 'Nova played JMU so I'm not totally positive on the value in the fourth but I could certainly buy it to an extent and if they did go in that direction there I think I trust our defensive coaches' judgement enough to be happy with the pick.

I have no problem with Jets pick IF the goal is to get team assembly ready for 2012 season. Right now, OLB, SS and DE are up for grabs so Tanny will probably find one as early as possible. If Tanny believes in your value scale then I can see he will trade up and get one.

Jerry Hughes offers TOOOOOOOOOO much to be a fallen out of 1st round. He has to be ours at 29th spot.

Nice work, by the way. ;)

Agreed. Although DT is a need it just isnt a first 2 rounds now that Tank resigned.
Robert Johnson is the only pick there I would be excited about.

Love everything about the KC mock except for two things ....

1. Not a big fan of the Bulaga pick. Could it happen? Yes. Should it? No. You don't replace players on the offensive line like Branden Albert when he is more than capable of playing LT and leave a gaping hole in the defensive secondary. There is literally no talent on the roster @ safety and much like last year when Tamba Hali moved out of the LDE spot and left it empty, Pioli will fill the hole with the most value he can find.

Also, the signings of Ryan Lilja and Casey Weigmann should help solidify the INSIDE of the OL for KC, which is our real weakness, not OT.

2. Brandon Spikes. Could probably be had in the 3rd or maybe even 4th if you stretch it after his slow run time according to some. I can easily see him being available @ the top of the 3rd for KC. Take the best center on the board at the second 2nd pick (Olsen, Walton?)

9. Buffalo - Dan Williams, DT, Tennessee
Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers
Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame

41.Buffalo - Tim Tebow, QB, Florida
Rodger Saffold, OT, Indiana

72. Buffalo - Dexter McCluster, RB, Mississippi
Jared Veldheer, OT, Hillsdale

107.Buffalo - Blair White, WR, Michigan State

Its not a bad Bills mock as it is, it addresses two of the biggest three needs for the Bills (NT and QB), however it does IMO completely ignore the biggest priority for this franchise, LT. Even though Davis has spent the off season losing money, apparently showing that he is lazy, he might not have the love of the game necessary, and breaking my man crush on him... Would fill the need, and I am not sure they would be able to pass on Clausen at that point given the state of the franchise, and presents more value than Williams at that spot in the draft, either way this franchise has consistantly ignored two of the most vital positions on offense and maybe to any team in general for the better part of a decade now, and has to address them sooner rather than later, they can not draft luxury or try to be cute (see Tom Donahoe) anymore... Having said that, I can see Tebow in the second given all the chatter, personnally I would not, but I could see them going that direction. I like McCluster in the third, although again the top priority IMO is passed on again, and I would think they have to go Veldheer at that point... White is a guy I spent a good amount of time this week looking into and watching, and love what I see, I see him as a Wayne Chrebet type slot receiver with better speed, but again not LT :-( Maybe Tony Washington at that point... For me this franchise can not take luxury (or skill type players) with out addressing core needs first, or else we continue down the path of mediocrity (the lower end of that spectrum, boarder line basement). I believe my signature says it all, Bell has shown that he needs alot more time, and basically is a penelty machine, who has the ability to get a QB killed...

19 . Atlanta - Taylor Mays , S , USC
HORRIBLE PICK. S is not a need in Atlanta with Moore, Decoud and Coleman. give us an actual need here in DE or OLB if Graham, Morgan or Weatherspoon are here. Otherwise give us a player who actually fits a need while also being good value (where Mays does neither) in OT Bruce Campbell, C Maurkice Pouncey or TE Jermaine Gresham.
83 . Atlanta - A.J. Edds , OLB , Iowa
98 . Atlanta - Greg Hardy , DE , Mississippi
117 . Atlanta - Geno Atkins , DT , Georgia
