i do like the patriots draft. odrick is solid. gresham is a steal in that position. spikes is probably a reach at that spot in the draft, but i like it anyway. our greatest need, pass rush, isnt really addressed so that is a bummer. gilyard is way too similiar to brandon tate imo

im a big mccourty fan but i think if the skins are more likely to hold off on drafting a cb unless they traded carlos rogers. barnes was drafted in the 3rd last year and will be given a legit shot this year with barnes in the nickle/dime roles. i think one of the 2nd round qbs is more likely or more OL.

Great first round pick. Not sure on Murphy...

I concur. Spikes is not worth the second round pick for NE at this point. McKenzie will get his shot to take the ILB spot away from Guyton. Give NE Gronkowski there b/c the only TE on the roster is the recently signed Alge Crumpler and then instead of Gilyard go Sapp or Misi because the Pats cannot come out of the 2nd round with no OLB. OLB & TE will both be addressed through the first 4 picks.

Pats need at least one pass rusher in the first two rounds.

Interesting trade.

No need for the Broncos to take a S in the 2nd... you could pretty much give them anyone who went 46-64 and it would be a better pick. How about Ducasse - he would be big boost to our inside run blocking.

I'm not so sure about Murphy. But Pouncey is an excellent pick.

Give the Chiefs Saffold or Sean Lee over Gronk and it's a perfect Chiefs draft.

Me loves mock. Sapp/Hardy > Spikes though.

Different Ravens mock, but it's not too bad. Realistically there aren't many OLB prospects that I think the Ravens would consider/would be an upgrade, but I like Washington and this he'd fit nicely with us. Demaryius isn't a bad first round pick either, just not likely.

Pouncey is a fine pick, but with Taylor Mays still on the board, he has to be the pick. He would RAPE in our cover 2. Don't like Murphy in the second.

Like all of the picks except Spikes - he's not going to go nearly that high.

Though I don't think it will happen, getting Suh and Bryant would be tremendous for Denver. They might be the two best players in the draft. Not sure about Wright, though. We don't have a major need for a FS, considering we spent a 2nd last year on McBath, who played well. Saffold would make a lot of sense, as we need a guard and someone who could play tackle in a pinch.

yeah i could see him falling the whole way to 5th or maybe even 6th. I'm guessing he winds up in the 4th though.

Please people stop giving us McCoy over Suh. McCoy will be the pick if Suh is off the board, and we all know Suh will be off the board by 3 no one in hell he falls to #6.

And we signed Sean Jones last week so SS is no longer a need.

Maurkice Pouncey is a very good choice for the Vikings in round 1. Jerome Murphy fills a need so it is ok, but IMO Lamarr Houston or Brandon Ghee would make better 2nd round choices.

Sounds as if Pouncey likely wont make it that far though now because rumor is that the steelers are seriously considering him at 18 :( hope not.

Decent second round pick for the Browns but the first is a complete miss. If Holmgren thinks he has the time to wait on Pierre Paul, he took the wrong job. Awful first rounder.

Your 2nd round order is wrong. Chargers and Seahawks swapped 2nd rounders.
