Scientists finally invented a car that runs on water. However, the water must be from the gulf of mexico. Once the water is poured into the tank at the back of the car, the a generator breaks it down and uses it to create electrical power, TV Tokyo said. Whether the car makes it into showrooms remains to be seen. Genepax said it had just applied for a patent and is hoping to collaborate with Japanese auto manufacturers in the future.

The technology to get this done has existed for some time now. Funny how as soon as gas-guzzling American cars became impossible to sell a couple years back, they magically figured out how to give Mustangs and V-8 trucks up to 30 MPG.

if I may rant a bit, all those trucks boasting about 30mpg ON THE HIGHWAY are so overblown. Congrats, a truck that shuts off half it's cylinders when it's cruising on the highway. Or, as I like to think of it: driving a 4-cylinder vehicle. As far as those new V6 mustangs with the 30 MPG (again: on the highway) they get 19 in the city; that is awful. I love how all the car commercials use the vehicle's highway mileage in their ads, neglecting to mention that their cars get **** mileage in the city. We dont need more efficient big cars, we need more cars that are smaller. A married couple without kids doesnt need to be buying a ******* Tahoe/Escalade/stupidSUV. The one that really kills me are people in Texas who get trucks but don't need 4x4, don't leave the roads, or don't haul anything.

Useless. Everyone is causing earthquakes, tsunamis and raging fires, and his ass is handing out compassion and sympathy.
