I looked on USC's website and it has Morgan listed at 6'4 220.

I watched him some last season, but not enough to get a good feel for him or his talent really.

I thought he was really talented coming out of high school, but I haven't really been following him at USC too closely.

Any USC fans on here (or anyone else) on here that have any comments on Morgan and/or NFL potential for him?

Morgan is listed with 50 tackles last season along with 13 TFL.

Unless he's added some lbs i think he is going to have a tough time holding his ground at the next level. Certainly not in the class of some of the recent vintage of backers there.

He looks like a really good athlete but I haven't seen him make many plays when I watch him. Occasionally he will be unblocked and get a TFL, but I've never seen him shock a blocker, disengage and wrap up the back for a TFL. I think he is more of an "avoid the block" type of linebacker than a guy who is strong enough and who has good enough hand usage to shed well. But I haven't scouted him specifically so that's just off of what I have noticed when I watched USC last year.
