I have seen and heard people saying that it is an absolute lock that Mark Ingram will be a Patriots next year. The Belichick- Saban relationship is quite strong, and some insiders have suggested the Pats traded Maroney because they had an idea of taking Ingram in this upcoming draft. Thoughts?

A lock??? Come on we're talking about Bill Belichick here. What it does though is it increases the probability of taking a RB, with Ingram the most likely choice should he be available.

Noel Devine in the second to replace Kevin Faulk is a safer bet then Mark Ingram in the first, count it.

If he is there i think they should but nothings a lock...it really comes down to what Urban Meyer whispers into Belichick's ear on draft day

This. Rodgers or the Pitt kid as well.
R.Williams didn't play well week 1 but I still like him over Ingram as a pro.
That can change throughout the season though

Give me a top OL, AJ/Jones, Devine and a DE with the Pats first 4 picks please

They would have to do some maneuvering because early indications are they'll be picking early with the Oakland pick and late with their own. I'd say there's a better chance of an OLB and a WR in the first.

I'd love to get an impact player on the defensive front. So far my preference would be Robert Quinn or Cam Heyward. All depends on how bad the Raiders do. I'd even trade up to get the right guy. If they don't sign Mankins, OL becomes a big priority. This is the last year of Light's contract. I'd probably take a T with that 2nd first rounder. In the 2nd round I'd look at a rb and whatever I didn't get with the first pick. An olb or a 2-gap de.

I feel Brady will really push the front office to keep R. Moss. I think the Pats will pay him as much as anyone else would. Maybe not as much as Randy wants. But, he will see the light and re-up with the Pats.

Since we're the unluckiest mofos on Earth, some other team who needs no RB will take them 2 picks before us.

And we'll take a corner.

Quinn or Heyward <3

Denard Robinson is a lock to go to the Denver Broncos in the first round of the 2013 draft.
