Well I have it, but the button layout is a little advance for me, and i know there is RoverGFX, which im a member to now, but theres no point in going there if i dont know the layout. Is there a tutorial about how to use Photoshop thats indepth and help so i can start making sigs. I dont know where else to turn to.

There are a million tools within photoshop, and often several ways to do the same thing. Fortunately for the kind of stuff that most of do (making sigs, avatars, walls, etc.) we can get by with knowing a few tools really well.
I would concentrate on learning the pen tool (probably the most important tool, especially if you want to get into vector design in Illustrator), the brush tool, and the gradient tool, as well as all the different blending layers. Those few tools will get you pretty far if you're handy with them. Most of the other tools are pretty simple and do exactly what you would think they would do.
This is for older versions of PS but much of the information is still relevant.
