Looks like we will be starting all 3 of our 7th round draft picks today( Lorig at FB, Watson at SLB and Grimm at FS), that pretty damn impressive by Dominik and co.

We're up 14-3 after 17 yard TD run by Blount (6 carries for 78 yards and 1 TD so far)

Freeman was fantastic though. 18-24, 240ish yards and a few TD's. We need to cut out the penalties and muffed kick returns and we'll be fine.

Agree. OL Penalties are killing me.

Our run blocking still leaves alot to be desired.

Defensive ends are still lacking.

Run defense is still terrible.

We played with a lack of discipline and made several mistakes which you should never make. We won the game and I'm happy, but it won't cut it against the Saints next week if we want a shot at a W.

We play the Saints week 17. Next two games are going to be tough road games vs physical opponents. I just hope we split before getting our home rematch vs the Falcons in the creamsicles.

Joe Staley is out next week, which is huge.

164/270 (60.7%) for 1963 yards, 12 TDs and 5 INTs for a 90.1 passer rating.

Projects to 3490 yards, 21 TDs and 9 INTs.

Blount in the last 4 games:

65 carries for 329 yards (5.1 avg.) and 3 TDs and 1 fumble (week 10 fumble credited to Freeman)

Projects to 935 yards and 9 TDs.

Mike Williams in the last 4 games:

17 catches for 342 yards (20.1 avg.) and 2 TDs and 1 fumble.

Projects to 70 catches for 1407 yards and 9 TDs.

Benn in the last 3 games:

4 catches for 96 yards (24.0 avg.) and 2 TDs.

Too early to project, IMO.

Winslow on the season:

39 catches for 402 yards (10.3 avg.) and 1 TD.

Projects to 69 catches for 715 yards and 2 TDs.

Our defense looked like ****... what else is new? We are an offensive football team. If the D holds the other team to 16 points, its a W. The Panthers only TD came on a short field after a muffed punt. We have scored 6 offensive TDs in the first half in the last 3 weeks. Exciting.

In the time I've supported the Bucs this has never been the case. It feels good to hear it though! With Freeman and the young offense improving I have no doubt we'll be able to put away teams like Carolina earlier than 12:00 in the 4th quarter.

How about the improved accuracy we have seen from Freeman this year? The K2 TD was amazing. Even the deep shot to Spurlock hit him in the chest.

I love that the coaching staff is obviously allowing Freeman to make some high reward plays this year. A welcome change from our uber conservative offense of recent years.
