Hey Scott!

I know you are a MN guy (from and/or with ties to the St. Cloud area if I remember right), so what's your take on how Isaac Odim, RB from UMD projects to the next level? Does his injury this year really hurt his chances?

I know other DII RB's have made a successful transition into the NFL. This year Danny Woodhead is obviously the one everybody is talking about (he actually got shut down when Chadron St. played UMD, 28 yards on 9 carries), but there are others like Chris Ivory (Tiffin), John Kuhn (Shippensburg), and Stefan Logan (South Dakota, played RB in college).

For those of you who haven't seen Odim play here are his stats:
6'0" 215 lbs
2008: 1638 rush yards, 26 rush TDs, 23 rec, 282 rec yards, 4 rec TDs
2009: 1808 rush yards, 29 rush TDs, 17 rec, 221 rec yards, 2 rec TDs
2010: 796 rush yards, 17 rush TDs, 7 rec, 142 rec yards, 2 rec TDs (played 6 games due to injury)

I go to UMD, but I have to say nothing about him really says NFL to me. He has D-1 burst, speed, power, agility, etc. allowing him to dominate D-2 football but I don't know if any of those things are at the NFL level. He had a pretty dominant O-line as well.
