Could Marvin Lewis, Mike Singletary come here as a D-Co next year? I just think Mattison is to vanilla (not in skin tone!! but in coaching style) for our attacking style players we have drafted and signed.

unfortunately I think Cam Cameron will lose his job before Greg Mattison.

and I would love Marvin Lewis but he's staying with the Bengals.

OC is a much bigger need. I'd address that before I'd even think about the DC.

I think both are spots that need to be looked at. I think the position coaches on the defensive side are good but I think Mattison lacks the killer instinct that the players have been drafted and taught to have in the past.

But on Offense I think its the opposite, we have need some better position coaches to refine techniques and help Cam game plan. Cam needs to improve play calling but I think that's also a product of him needing to have a few more of the players having experience in his system. Look for next season if he is there to have an offensive explosion.
