Cameron Heyward - Poor man's Richard Seymour is a good one.

Christian Ballard - Ty Warren-esque.
Jerrell Powe - Jason Ferguson
AJ Green - Not as fast Moss
Marcell Dareus - A shorter Kevin Williams type. I'd say Luis Castillo, but not without the muscle juice.
Robert Qiunn - Ware indeed.
Cameron Jordan - Shaun Ellis
Lawrence Guy - Maybe Jason Hatcher?
Akeem Ayers - Lawrence Timmons though in 5 years I think he can be Karlos Dansby.
Ryan Kerrrigan - Calvin Pace

Ryan Kerrigan: Faster version of Chris Long

ryan kerrigan at 6-4 barely 260 running a 4.8

is not faster than

chris long at 6-3 278 running a 4.75

one thing long had working for him were amazing combine numbers and being an insane athlete....kerrigan is not a great athlete, just a good football player

kerrigan = young brett keisel, non stop motor

keisel was a 260 pound 7th round wedgebuster out of BYU until kimo left and he put on weight to play DE

Once NFL teams look at Newton character concerns will come dating back to his time at UF.

It seems like revisionist history to claim Newton has less character concerns that Roethlisberger did. What character concerns did Roethlisberger have coming out of college?

Yeah he had some issues with a stolen laptop ,right?

ANYWAYS, I was taking a shot at Roethlisbeger and his numerous incidents..

and by incidents I mean rape charges.

and by rape charges I mean allegations that he walks away scott-free from.

and by walks away scott-free. I mean, almost as untouched as Cam Newton's father.

There are character concerns with many prospects. But teams take character concerns more serious when they are looking at QBs. If they are drafting a QB that high, you want a guy who's the face of your franchise. A leader who won't cause trouble and has tremendous work ethic. A guy who is a film room junkie and has command of the huddle. A field general.

Obviously, teams like the Raiders or Panthers never did their homework when they scouted and drafted guys like Russell and Clausen.

Each team is going to have their own opinion on what is acceptable as far as past indiscresions go. It doesnt look like any of these guys reach the level of being a bad actor but if you have two guys with an equal grade the guy with the question marks, however small, is probably going to be passed by.

Blaine Gabbert reminds me of Aaron Rodgers as a passer. Both have strong arms with a good release. Also, they both possess adequate mobility and can move around fairly well.

That's who I thought of too.. Maybe Ray Rice. I think of a tough player with no super attribute that defines him, yet he still manages to get it done on the field and be very productive.
