If we don't consider Jimmy Smith's character concerns serious, move him up to 6. Wilkerson is the kind of prospect we love and despite needs at CB and OL I don't think they'd pass on him if he's available at 23.

It's worthless especially in this thread, so after the top few guys that maybe we'd consider if we get a high pick in a Kolb deal I pretty much just listed guys that we'll look at with our pick.

But teams do their due diligence for most of the top prospects so it's not like they don't have them ranked at all

You do because of the movement that can be created by a highly-rated player falling in the draft. If a team trades up to grab that player, that will create a ripple effect on how things play out from there.

The more obvious reason would be that your team could be the team moving up for the perceived value of that falling player, so you better know who you like and where you value them.

The only reason I have him at my 7 is because I would rather take him then Newton though I would still freaking hate the pick with major forces!I don't believe either QB 's are worthy of being a top ten pick.But if JH takes him I'll have my words because,I know he can work with him and take him to his full Potential.But I have no worries because he won't be the pick any how.The only way I see us taking Gabbert if our top 4 biggest defense and Green are gone and they won't be so its all good.
